Perfect location and super convenient. After the RiteAid closed, I had to switch my pharmacy, tried a couple different ones however this is the most convenient - great location, easy access, order and pickup. FAST service with prompt notification

Female pharmacist worst attitude I ever experience with a CVS Pharmacy. She was yelling spewing lies and threatened to hold the medicine, and made us wait 30 minutes before she released. 9/14/2023 around 4PM I was getting my niece's medicine who just got out of the hospital. I first spoke to the male staff, he said they have not received the request for the meds yet. So I waited. Then I called the Hospital to make sure they sent it to this CVS Pharmacy. On the phone the Hospital wanted to speak to the person in the pharmacy so I passed my phone to the male staff who I noticed clicked the end button on my phone. I did not react and just tried to call again. I was on the phone for a while with the Hospital staff sorting it out and they said they will just call the pharmacy directly. So I ended my call and with a smile told the male staff that the hospital will call them. Then here came walking towards the counter a very angry female pharmacist slamming the computer keyboard yelling at me that she has been trying to tell me earlier that she already have the medicine. I said how can you possibly be talking to me when I was on the phone? She kept insisting she have been trying to tell me that she had the medicine months ago and I was not paying attention. At this point I also raised my voice because she was so rude, I said a month ago? We've only been in the hospital 4 days ago and she cut me off saying she will not release the meds because I was yelling at her and just send it to another CVS. My niece and sister have been so tired and waiting and just wanted to go home so I calmed down and apologize, just so we can get the medicine. What she did next was un acceptable, she made us wait 30 minutes before she released the medicine. Let's say I probably was so focused on the phone talking to the hospital, and I failed to notice them (even though I was in front of their counter), the truth is they never really actually tried to get my attention to explain to me or tell me they have the medicine. But why does she have to give me the attitude of slamming keyboards and yelling at me, the threat of sending our meds somewhere else and making us wait 30mins before she released the medicine? Is that how CVS treat their customers? She should be fired. I will be contacting the manager of this CVS Branch.

Horrible customer service by the pharmacist. Was not friendly at all. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere!!I just don't understand why people choose the health care profession if they don't want to be nice to people. Is it for the money

I've been getting all my pharmaceuticals at CVS Fairpark in Eagle Rock for years. The pharmacy team are extremely helpful and always willing to answer my questions. And if they don't know the answer, they always find a source to find one. I have all the confidence in the world in these people and I recommend them to everyone.

Everybody at this pharmacy does a good job exept the pharmacist her self. She is the asian lady with a tatoo on her arm. I came to pick up my medicine for my 10 year old that has ADHD. She than yelled at me that I can't pick up the refill as in her records it showed that I still had in of pills left. I than tried to explain my self that I changed the dose during the summer break and that I did run out of the needed smaller doses. She than yelled back at me and told me I dont listen to her, I don't understand it!!! I tried again to explain my self but she would not let me finish and did yell the same comment back to me. I was furious and tried to defent my self but had to finnaly walk away. Buy the way, she comunicated the same way alredy 2 times in the past. But this time she did refuse to give me the medication. I am leaving in 2 days for 3 weeks to Europe and are badly in the need to get the medication for my son! A pharmacist that yells at a patient like this is absolutly not aceptebele and I will contact the manager to file a complain!!! By the way, this is my very first time that I write a bad review on yelp!!!

The CVS Tech or Pharmacist working today at around 6:00pm PST was the worst technician with even worse customer service. There is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for delaying a medication order because it is out of stock let alone to wait until my father of 71 years in age to find out when he arrives. The CVS tech blamed the CVS automated system when it should have been an obligation of CVS to call my father and ask. They did nothing.I have been going to CVS since I was have no sympathy for zero effort in good customer service because that destroys a brand like CVS for its name and quality. COVID is no excuse nor are the distribution issues each pharmacy is dealing with. The patients are doing their best to follow all of the COVID mask mandate and communicate effectively. It is the clinical professionals responsibility to follow through with patience to guide us on the other side of the register. We have no control but to follow the rules. It is the leaders responsibility to lead. Happy Holidays and Happy New Years.

I prefer this pharmacy to other locations because of the ease with which I can drop off and pick up prescriptions. The pharmacy techs are always very helpful and the pharmacist takes their time in explaining new prescriptions. They always keep a big bottle of hand sanitizer (labeled "paper cut finder") in the front which is very much appreciated!

This review is for the pharmacy. I went to a different CVS, they were out of stock of my medicine. Called this CVS -- they refused to tell me if they had my medication in stock, insisting I come in person to find out. But I'm handicapped and can't swing by every CVS to see if they stock my medicine. Now I am stranded with no medicine and the staff here will not help. This lack of concern for the disabled is sickening.
