I just called and they helped me in less than 5 minutes. It's not as bad as they make it out to be and apart from that, I hadn't even placed my prescription order and they already had it ready for me ?

The pharmacy line is horrible. I stood in line 30 minutes to wait on my medicine. As I am standing there, I notice how dirty the store is (see pics) and it is 10:00 am, why is the store this dirty in morning. The pharmacy didn’t open until 10. Just horrible.

Very bad experience and bad service. I went with my 4-year-old daughter and asked an employee to use the bathroom for my daughter and they denied it, arguing that there is no public bathroom here, so I should go to another store where they would provide me with the bathroom.
I told him what I wanted my daughter to do in his hallways and he said to do whatever I wanted.

If you have the option of going to another CVS, please do! The line to pick up a prescription here, takes FOREVER! So if you’re in a hurry, don’t even bother. Plus, one time a pharmacy technician did not want me to give me my eye drop prescription alleging there was something wrong with my insurance (there wasn’t) so at times I felt like they didn’t even know what they were doing. Also, if you want to get photos printed out here, don’t bother! Printing machine is always broken, and they’re so slow! They have an option for same day pick up, but rest assured, they won’t have your photos ready. Finally, makeup section is ridiculous and very limited. I understand there is a current issue with drugstore theft, but the shelves are almost empty! They do not even have an Elf section.

My prescription ran out and CVS faxed my physican a request for a new prescription (so they say) and it's been a week with no response.
My eye drop prescription is a daily need and I have been out for a week.
Question; Is there a reason no one from CVS has contacted me?

Anyone know better pharmacy. Never have stuff ready. Long waits. App sends you reminders you go and rx not ready. Wasting a cancer patients time not something we want to do. Today I dropped of RX after dental surgery and came back afternoon. Still had to wait not started. Anyone have any other better experienced with major pharmacy. They were at least nice
