Is not the first time coming to this CVS. Business hours says closing hour is 10:00 PM. As soon as I get to this pharmacy around 9:30-9:40, the female security tells me to hurry up because I have only 5 minutes before they close. Today I told her that I know they are supposed to close at 10 PM and she said I was wrong. I don’t understand how management don’t tell this security not to be like this. Employees and security guards should know they are open is because of clients; otherwise, CVS will be next to go out of business soon.
Some one has to fix this issue. If not I’ll stop coming to this place and go Walgreens or any other pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is good. The store on the outside looks as if you will be catching a disease walking in. The manager of the store honestly needs to be fired if that's how he keeps the store looking inside and out. I've never experienced the outside of the pharmacy in any CVS I've ever been in looking like it's been ransacked and filthy, not dirty, filthy. Long lines every time you go in with employees that act as if it's an inconvenience for you to be in the store. Security guards that joke with staff very inappropriately so you could hear them joke. Filth everywhere, from the outside where it looks like someone urinates and uses the bathroom constantly and it doesn't get washed. To the pharmacy area that looks like someone stole the whole front of the pharmacy and left filth from 1982. Don't go here unless you absolutely have to.

Dont go to this location is so dirty outside and inside the carpet inside is dirty disgusting, outside store are trash everywhere very nasty dark spots ...i went the other they to buy something and the product that i went to get it was so dirty dust everywhere and i ask to speak to the manager and one tattoo lady working there was so rude and ignoring me ...this is the worst cvs store at least in los angeles county believe me it is

Photo qualty is very good and printing is very fast. Sales staffs were very nice too.

The day I went for medication, I had read before that the staff was despotic and rude,,,, but nothing to do with me, a lady took care of me and she was very very kind, she even spoke to me in Spanish and answered questions I had about the store or coupons to apply

I am sorry, this CVS is filthy, shelves are under stocked and the employees on the 8-4pm shift would not show me how to use the in-store photo machines. I will start going to a different branch.

I could find everything I need. It's usually stocked well. They have great prices too. They are quick to open stuff from the locked cabinets too. They have a lot of liquor to choose from too. The cashiers are pretty quick too. I haven't had any problems picking up medicine at the pharmacy.

It was good, the store wasn't very organized but I didn't have any trouble finding what I needed and didn't get harassed by employees or anyone else. And there are homeless people bumming change but they are actually well mannered and are regulars.

Like all the other reviewers/ customers this is sadly the worst CVs I have ever attended. Im not sure when to start this CVs is that bad ,the checkers are absolutely ridiculous when it comes to professionalism as well as being CVs employees. If this wasn't the closest CVs and I didn't have another option I'd never shop here

I came in on 9/27. To pickup from the pharmacy. When being handed my drugs she tells me that one is generic brand this time. I ask, "are there any side effects I should watch out for" and to my surprise and said she didn't know. I'd like to be reached out directly as incompetence in the medical field is unacceptable

Love The Employees . Maybe the store manager could use some more training thoughso I will give 5 stars only because the cashiers are GREAT and friendly
