I payed $100 for an Uber gift card that they did not activate for me. (Stores have to activate a card to put the money on it) When I went back with my receipt and credit card they refused to activate the card. Then they brought me the assistant manager instead of the store manager and told me that there's nothing they can de to remediate the situation. Treated me poorly and accused me of being a scammer. Very very bad bad bad staff. Ew. Bad.

Very bad service,didn’t let me get my medicine for my mom and they said she needed to be here and she’s wheel chair bound and gave me a bunch of excuses and she wasn’t there to sign on it

I came to buy some snacks and noticed there was some on sale. I noticed the price and though I'd give it a try. Once I came to checkout the item rang up as a completely different price. I asked the guy who turns out is the manager and he said someone must have put the wrong price on it. The guy seemed to be completely clueless

I've gone two separate months and the ATM has been down for me both times. But the reason I still gave 4 stars is because they keep it clean and Joshua is the best! He's so sweet everytime I go in. I'm a new mom and I was at the store today without my baby, the ATM wasn't working again, I needed to pull money out for bills, and I was getting stressed out. But Joshua helped me was super patient, kind, and made me laugh. He's a joy to see every time I am in the store. 10/10 he's a recommendAnd the girl working today was super pretty and said hi right when I walked in which was double nice

Sunday July 2, 2023 - 6:57 PM - Came to buy my girlfriend some lashes. No one is available so I reach out to the cute latina girl standing at the front door. I can tell she's having a miserable day so I was acting as kind and timid as possible so I don't get on her bad side. She goes to get the keys and then she can clearly see I'm in the first aisle where the lashes are but I see her walking past my aisle and then walks from opposite direction pretending like she couldn't find me. She looked dismayed and took a deep breath as she pulls out the lashes "Kiss Russian Volume" from the safety bar. She asks me to take it to the front. As I walk to the front my girlfriend on the phone says she does not want the Russian Volume, she wants the Kiss Teddy lashes, so I ask her my girlfriend didn't want those ones she wants a different one. She clearly heard me saying I need the other one, but goes into the counter area tosses the keys on something in a disrespectful manner and heads back to the front door. I head over to the aisle to see if I can get help from someone else but luckily there was a teddy already torn off the security bar. I take it to the front where the self check out is, as I was paying for the item, I told the young lady to be respectful and if she's having a bad day not to take it out on anyone else. She retaliated and said she wasn't mad with a smirk and started to get loud and we had a shouting match. A man with a bigger build seemed to be one of her co-workers walked away to the other side not wanting to be involved in the situation. You can tell this wasn't her first rodeo. We went back and forth and she told me to shut the f word up, and I told her to shut up. Don't fire this girl, she just needs better training because customer service is not for her. She should be home doing data entry or introvert type work. I won't be coming to this CVS. That young lady gave me high blood pressure over me trying to give CVS business.
