I’ve been on the phone for almost an hr. Just for someone to answer a simple question.And they picked up the just hung up. So now I’m now I’m on hold again waiting for someone to answer. This is horrible & I shouldn’t be waiting this long just for someone to pick up.

Asked the pharmacy section to kindly switch out electrolytes that were giving to me to non flavored and the girl ? in the background said rudely that’s all we have if she wants to take it to take it if not she can leave it look if you read this employee !!! I asked kindly if you feed your child red 40 that’s you but not me honey choose your employees wisely now a days all these young people have ugly attitude! This all happened and I waited patiently while it was busy walked out with nothing.

This place allows scammers to mess with gift cards sold here. No security measures have taken place to prevent any of it. Has happened more than once. And the cashier seemed like she was aware an issue has been happening for a while now. Ghetto activity.

This is towards the African American security guard lady who was on shift at the time, she was about average 5’0 height, seemed to be around her 30- 40 years or age. Unfortunately I was not able to get her name due to how frustrated I was and how quickly I reacted to defend my 14 year old sister in law, at the moment I did not realize to ask for names. On 12/1/23 at around 1-2pm I brought my boyfriend’s little sister here as a quick stop to buy her pads & buy myself deodorant. I mentioned to my in law I wanted to check out the make up section. We were together the whole time. I left not even for a minute to check around a different makeup aisle and that is when the security then accused my in law of stealing in front of everyone who was in the store, she did not even go up to my in law nor I the correct and appropriate way. She said it from afar in a very unprofessional manner. I told the security guard that what she did was not okay and to not falsely accused an individual. This made me and my sister in law very uncomfortable and embarrassed when we were just going to get pads and just look around. My boyfriend sister is a 14 year old who lives in city of Long Beach. She has a good family. She is a innocent child still. My boyfriend & I are going to Cal state Long Beach majoring in criminal justice. That was very unprofessional and horrible for the security guard lady to falsely accused my 14 year old sister in law. It made her cry because she felt due to her being Hispanic the security guard stereotyped her right away. I spoke up and defended myself and my sister in law not because we were “Guilty” according to her but to prove a message to the security guard that what she did was not right and she was not following her security guard values. It is definitely not okay to judge an individual right away without even having proof or checking them. The lady did not even go up to us and ask us in the correct manner if we were “Stealing” she automatically told my 14 year old sister in law “Do not Steal, put that make up back” loud infront of everyone that was in the store when she did not have anything in her hand or pockets! I let the manner know who was on duty that day and time what happened and that all I wanted to do was send and prove a message by advocating my voice that what the security guard did was not correct. The manger handle the situation in a well and professional manner. I appreciate the manner for his kind words and reassurance. Unfortunately I was not able to get his name nor the security guard lady name but I did add the date and time that the incident happened to see if there is anyway their names can be found.

I shop there because of their Dollar Selections. The cereals for $1.00 are a great buy. The store overall is overpriced. They need more people at the registers to help guests.
