I have been coming to this pharmacy since it opened, I always find what I need and the staff is very coordial and polite! The Parmacy has the best pharmacists assistants, they too treat customers with respect and kindness. The pharmacist is so patient and explains everything so well. The most I've ever waited at the farmacy line has been roughly 10 minutes.

Had a vax appt scheduled a week in advance. They ran out of the vax (totally understandable) and instead of cancelling my appt, they told me I didn't have an appt when I got there. They erased my appt electronically (while I was standing there) so it looked like I never set the appt. I kept my receipts - by "receipts" I mean all the confirmation texts/emails. The person behind the counter asked to see the confirmation on phone then WOULDN'T give me my phone back. There's something severely wrong with the staff at this location!! Do better CVS!!

I called today since one of my patients has dementia and I needed to verify which medications she was getting from this pharmacy. I didn't have to wait to speak with the pharmacy and the staff provided me with the info very quickly. I'm happy they helped me keep my patient safe.

Can their pharmacy be any worse. Went to the MD this morning & he sent over a prescription request. It's late in the afternoon & I called. I called the pharmacy and the girl answering the phone claimed nothing was sent. Ridiculous. The doctor's representative called and found out they didn't know how to fill the prescription and have been sitting on it this whole time. If I don't say anything, they continue to sit on it and do nothing. A new level of incompetence within this pharmacy.
