One of the worst cvs I’ve ever been to . Had the curly hair a bad guy staring me down like I’m about to steal something and murmured to the other employee talking about I’ll get them out of my store right now. I feel highly disrespected as a resident of Los Angeles because of this I hope it SuperVisor has a real nice talk with him or his regional manager or whoever is in charge of the CVS .

Cashiers should not process a customer then leave without telling the 1 customer left in line that they will be right back. And that self-checkout is avaialble if preferred.

This store is very well stocked compared to other CVS stores that I know. It looks clean and organized. The colleagues at the pharmacy are very polite and the line is usually not too long. We must not complain about things being locked up because this is what happens when people steal. They have every right to protect their merchandise. Let's all go to a CVS store knowing this before hand and have plenty of patience to wait a little longer to get someone to open the cabinet. Let's also not blame the colleagues working there but call corporate and ask them to hire more help for them so that we don't have to wait as long.

This CVS is usually busy and the staff including the Managers are always helpful. During my visits the shelves are always stocked. The pharmacy staff always make sure to answer any questions when getting prescriptions for my Family. Securities at the entrance always greet the customers as they walk in.

Lady security guard thought I was stealing and was being really rude and talking about me behind my back with other employees so embarrassing even when I showed my PHONE and AIRPODS that were in my pocket and it was the only thing and my jacket is fitted good so anything in my pockets will pop out all you can see is my phone and AirPods what would I steal? NOTHING because they barely have anything, they have more crackheads than stuff on the shelf I hope she is proud of herself for accusing a minor and being rude to someone who goes on a regular to the store and she has seen me before and has seen me pay for my things I don’t need to steal nothing but they are always quick to accuse someone of stealing GOOD JOB for doing nothing but accuse people of stealing CVS. get better security guards with a better attitude and don’t jump to conclusions of people stealing because your going to look stupid when you see that they are not stealing

The carpets are filthy. Very dirty and stained throughout the store. Please replace the carpet.

Team Member Veronica always delightful and helpful. CVS as a whole would not recommend, it's the only place open after 12am, really that is the only reason I go there. Products are always with the wrong pricing. It happens in every trip.

This place keeps getting worse.
Somehow even after firing their entire last team they still are unable to get the hang of the duties of the job. It's sad because the last team was mostly a bunch of kids, so it makes sense that service was awful, but these are grown adults. Specifically the grubby current manager as of May 11 2024.
These so called "workers" ignore customers at all costs, whether they are pressing the assistance buttons in the plexiglassed isles, but also ignoring them when they are being directly asked for help. UNLESS you're dark skinned or look like an "undesireable". Unfortunately this seems gets people negative attention right away.
I have made FRIENDS in the isles of this cvs because of how long we had to wait for assistance.
Also, if you're the manager why are you leaving only 2 employees to tackle the line that is wrapping around the isle by themselves? One of said employees wasn't even able to take customers in line because she was dealing with an issue an older woman was having (supposedly she had been there for about a hour. I believe it.)
