It's times like this one wishes Yelp offered a zero star option, or even better, negative stars. If I had to choose between a pharmacy staffed by flesh-eating zombies or this CVS location, I'd choose the zombies in a heartbeat. Seriously. I've had two experiences at this location, and they've both been so profoundly bad I have half a mind to pay out of pocket to get a trophy engraved with "world's worst pharmacy." The first time at this location, I had a 102 degree fever, I was two and a half days into being bedridden from Covid, and I went to get a Paxlovid prescription. At the time, Pharmacists were authorized to issue Paxlovid prescriptions with proof of a positive test without the need for a doctor calling in a prescription. The head pharmacist on duty refused to issue me a prescription, however, citing that since I didn't have diabetes or heart disease, I was "too healthy" for her to issue a prescription. I went down the street to another CVS location the following morning and they issued me one no questions asked. This week, my preferred CVS location closed and my prescriptions were transferred to this location. Despite a note in my file that one of my prescriptions was be be filled by the brand-name drug only, this location filled the generic twice in a row. Both times I had to call and correct them, after which I had to wait a week for them to get the brand-name in stock. When I went to pick it up, they quoted me a price $125 more than the last time I'd had it filled at the CVS down the street. Even worse, when I agreed to their outlandish price, they discovered they lost the prescription they'd filled earlier in the day. It took them upwards of 45 minutes to locate it, during which time they offered no apology whatsoever. In the meantime, I asked one of the junior pharmacists to quote me a price for the generic, willing to make an exception if it got me out of there sooner. She quoted me $75. I told her it had never been more than $15 in the past. A second pharmacist came and informed me that yes, I was correct: it was $15. The same pharmacist quoted me a completely different price on the brand-name than the first pharmacist, then when I went to pay I was informed I owed a total different than either number quoted to me before that.Everyone has a bad day. We're all human. I get it. But the level of ineptitude I just witnessed at this location was staggering. Truly staggering. The manager basically buried her head in the sand while the rest of the pharmacists under her ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. The most disappointing thing is that the CVS I spent the past three years with was great. I never once had to wait more than a couple minutes. They filled everything on time and filled it right. If there was a discount available to me, they offered it without me asking. Frequenting their location was easy, efficient, and always pleasant. This location, however, is a waking nightmare. If someone at CVS corporate happens to read this, I'd suggest taking a good long look at this location, then clearing house, as the incompetence appears to be systemic. Given that everyone else in line while I waited seemed to be having similar experiences, I suspect my experience was representative of the status quo at this location. Needless to say, I'll be switching to a different location. In the meantime, if you've read this far, should you have any choice in the matter, please avoid this location at all costs. Life's too short.

No accountability for mistakes or misinformation. They hold my medication hostage after I already had gotten a refill by my doctor. Just because it has codeine doesn't mean I'm abusing it . First I'm told it's out of stock then 2 days later I'm told it can't be released until Friday ( requested refill Sunday) in the mean time I'm literally coughing my lungs out no sleep for days and when I show up on Friday to pick up they tell me it's out of stock... like what ???!!! THEN they tell me they only have a " little " left is it ok to dispense that ?? Why wasn't I told that days before when they told me I had to wait until Friday to pick up ????? Unbelievable the lack of empathy these chain pharmacists have .. every answer to my question was " uh I don't know why you were told that " .. your not doing me a favor by giving me the "little " medication you have left , you're getting fully reimbursed by my insurance for the " little " medication you gave me ... do better CVS !!!

I don't like to use hyperbole in reviews, but I can say that there may be some tent village drug dealers with a more efficient workflow.\\n\\nHad three medications for a cold sent to the pharmacy from my doctor around 10 AM when they opened. Received confirmation from the medical facility that they were there. Called to confirm when they might be ready, but the automated system didn't have any record of the perscriptions. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes with nobody picking up, I went in around 1:15 PM to see if they were ready.\\n\\nAfter providing personal information, they stated they hadn't received the scripts. When I showed that they were delivered via the medical facility confirmation, I was direct to another person to have them check. Upon checking again, they noted that the scripts were actually in \\\"the second queue\\\" and had not been addressed by the pharmacist. I was told to come back in an hour or whenever I got a notification via text.\\n\\nI received a text that one of medications was ready to pick-up an hour and a half later. I called to try and confirm if all were ready, but alas, the automated assisting had no record of my medications, and nobody was picking up.\\n\\nGoing into the location, I was provided with one of the medications. After asking about the remaining two, I was told there was \\\"another profile\\\" with my other medication, but the third still hadn't been processed. I was asked to come back in a third time. When I asked if this was typical, I was told it was because the pharmacy \\\"wasn't run correctly\\\".\\n\\nI've noted that for the future, avoid this place unless you like chaos and frustration.

From long wait times for scheduled appointments to a general dirtiness in the store (visible fluid stains on carpets) this is just a no

In the pharmacy there was a super rude Latina in charge, there was an employee with Asian features whom she treated as incompetent when she was really the only nice one in the place, unfortunately I no longer see the Asian employee, I hope that the one who looked Latina no longer I am in charge of that place, they always denied me my pills and only gave me others, they blamed the insurance when they are the ones who do not want to call and ask for approval, I paid them as long as I had the usual pills. When I stopped working I had to resort to the ones they wanted to give me, because of their bad service or greed that they always denied me the correct ones, which generated changes in my body. Disappointing really this pharmacy. I hope they have changed that staff.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The wait is 60 minutes plus. My doctor approved the medications since May but when I got to the store they said my doctor had not responded. My doctor called and told them it was approved and they continued to refuse to give me my medications (mind you it was just calciferol I needed replenished). My doctor had to call this pharmacy a total of 4 times and told me it was a mistake on the pharmacies part but they refused to take accountability. Don't waste your time here.

Yes, all complaints lead to the pharmacy. Yes, the tall lady is super grumpy, condescending and arrogant to customers. I asked for the restroom. She directed me to the key with the silver pot attached. I couldn’t find the door. A very kind pharmacist gave me directions: through the “HOUSEHOLD” door to a second door to be opened with the key. I did all that.As I washed my hands, tall and grumpy came in with an angry face, and pointed me to a different bathroom that looked like a tornado hit it, and blew the door off. She said that the customers use the tornado bathroom, not the reasonably clean bathroom that I just used. She wouldn’t stop pointing with disdain until I finished washing and drying my hands, and exited the good bathroom. I felt like she was going to swat me with a rolled up newspaper. Who needs that kind of aggravation, especially after a long day at work. Yes, I concur: skip this CVS.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my entire life. If you like waiting in lines for an hour then this is the place to go. I will never return to this pharmacy.

Although CVS Pharmacy pharmacy stores offer a large choice of products, the shopping process can be frustrating. I've discovered that the stores are frequently congested and disorganized, making navigation difficult. Furthermore, when I have questions or require assistance, the employees can be useless or unavailable. While shopping at CVS Pharmacy has some advantages, the whole experience could be enhanced.

Be Aware. CVS' security guard (specifically the seemingly young, avg woman with strawberry blond hair) may follow you around the store without any purpose except to intimidate and wrongfully racially profile you. Has this happened to anyone else? This security guard will stop her cigarette breaks prematurely to closely follow around Black patrons from aisle to aisle. She gets close enough in each aisle that you can smell the smoke from her cigarette. Be it said, that she singlehandedly makes the experience of shopping here at this CVS location troubling and extremely unpleasant.

Is CVS having financial difficulties? No, they are not. They sell drugs. They are the nation's leading agribusiness cooperative, today reported net income of $1.7 billion for the fiscal year. So why can't they hire more staff? There is always a wait for the pharmacy. The ladies in the pharmacy are always really kind and professional and have worked there for years. The pharmacists can be hit or miss, and always seem to change. The cashiers are also super friendly, and I always say hello when I walk in. I wish they could keep the store a little cleaner though.

Not very efficient CVS pharmacy. They will call/ text that your prescription is ready, but it is actually incorrect or incomplete. Sometimes you arrive in person and the said prescription is not even ready yet. Incompetent staff-- pharmacists and techs alike.

Third location I visited this day, the other two had a lot of empty shelves more specifically the items I was looking for. I decided to try one more store. This store was well stocked AND staffed! This is the first time I have seen three cashiers at one time so that long line went fast as if it never existed. I had forgotten one item and didn't mind going back in to purchase it because I knew it wouldn't be a hassle.

The pharmacy is just plain difficult, unresponsive and uncooperative. My last straw was today when I couldn’t get my epilepsy medication renewed, although I was told to come to the pharmacy the day before and “your prescription will be ready within the hour”, only to find out that the prescription was on hold and pharmacist was away. No apology or anything to ease my anxiety about getting a possible seizure from medication withdrawal… unbelievably disappointing
