This branch is terrible. They have no idea what the vaccine appointment booking guidelines are and return international students. I came three times in a row to ask if I could get vaccinated and none of the representatives gave me proper advice.

Worst CVS ever. As others mention, employees lack common sense and need an attitude check. They often mark prescriptions as "filled" on the website, when in fact the Rx hasn't been filled... this has cost me soooo many time-consuming trips in to the pharmacy only to discover that they hadn't filled the Rx AND won't be able to have it ready for another day - meaning each prescription requires repeat trips for pick-up. They are utterly unable to plan ahead to refill Rx's that repeat on a monthly basis - such that I am often left with "gap" weeks without a medication that is required daily.

Terrible experience at this CVS location. I usually go to the pharmacy at 812 S. Grand downtown LA. The staff is always great. I set an appointment for a covid vaccine booster shot at the 3131 S. Hoover St. location because they had the dose I prefer. I arrived to my appt 10mins late looking for parking. The pharmacy guy told me I would have to reschedule because I was late. There were no people in the vaccine area, or honesty anywhere else. With all of the vaccine hesitancy in the US (less that 50% of ppl have the booster), I think it is ridiculous to treat motivated paying customers so poorly. I will never go to this CVS location again.

I just moved here and they have been extremely helpful! I called in advance to get medicine refilled and due to delays they did not have it ready for me but right when they got their shipment, I was notified and able to pick up my medicine within 20 minutes after calling them. Five stars for amazing customer service!

I get prescriptions filled here every month. The staff are always kind, patient, and helpful. I actually have a CVS closer to my house but I keep coming to this one because they're so great here. Highly recommend. Not sure what the first review is all about.

Honestly, they might have the worst people working in the pharmacy. Just total lack of common sense, common decency and professionalism. They do not have properly trained staffed and have over worked pharmacist whom give off the impression that explaining new medications is in some way an inconvenience to them. I wouldn't be surprised if the medicines are incorrect in the bottles. Distraction and ignorance are the prerequisites for employment.
