Alory is always so courteous and helpful. When the pharmacy is busy she works fast and efficiently to move the line so the customers don’t have extended wait times. I can’t say the same for all of the other team members. When Alory isn’t working you can always tell the difference.

I got really good deals and I was about to split my purchases so I could use the $5 coupon for my second purchase. Only thing that bothered me was that a very kind woman gave another customer in line her coupon, but the guy at the register wouldn't honor it because she didn't have the right card number to match it to, and he literally just threw that $5 away. Like IDK who that guy was, but to other people $5 can mean a lot. Apparently it meant nothing to him.

This pharmacy has the worse service & the inhalers stop working after a the 20 or so puff.

This is, by FAR, the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Everyone from the person working the register, to the person putting the drugs in the containers, to the actual Pharmacist themselves seem to be a mixture of clueless, stupid, and completely disinterested in doing their job. The shelves in the pharmacy are always close to empty, the amount of drugs they have behind the counter always seems to be woefully insufficient, and the line is always unbelievably long! It's like this one CVS has collected the worst employees from the entire South LA area and placed them in this one single store. Avoid at all costs! Use the Walgreens on Slauson/Western or a different CVS, but avoid this place unless you have a need more ineptitude and incompetence in your life!

Got an email to leave my comments and reviews about this location. When i complained the same person I was complaining about wrote back to me letting me know that she wasn't being disrespectful to her staff...when in fact she was, but to each their own.

Understaffed and employees look stressed all the time dealing with huge lines. But very friendly and outstanding customer service. Kudos for such great work

It is a CVS and the the folks for the most part are courteous. i read the bad reviews and had to LOL. Been coming here for 3 years now. I get all my vaccines and meds from them. When I need an Rx renewal they call my PCP every time. I get regular text reminders and even a final saying my Rx will be put back in inventory if I do not pick it up. So if you go to get your Rx and they tell you it was put back, there is 99.99% chance you did not bother reading your text message. Thanks y'all - you've been simply fantastic.

Worst CVS ever! Per usual, they only have one register open, two if you are lucky. Please save yourself some time and DO NOT do any online order pick ups here. You will have to wait in their long lines to get your order. Seems like they're running a circus and incompetent management runs this location. I got here and the line is about 20 customers long. I inquired about order pick up and the CO Oscar kindly went to go request information for me. He comes back and tells me I have to do line. I requested to speak to the manager and she never bothered to come address me or my concern. I asked Oscar for corporates number and the manager'a name. Once I got to the register; after waiting behind 20 customers in line, the cashier was processing my pick up and only then the manager KC wants to butt in to address me. Why address me now? when she didn't want to speak to me when I asked for her? Oh because she wanted to be sarcastic and intimidating by asking me if it was I who asked for her name and corporates number, not once addressing my concern, not once asking if my issue was resolved or bother to explain if that was policy. Never an apology, instead wanted to be confrontational. This is the type of people you have representing your brand? This is management material? Please retrain Miss KC as she clearly lacks customer service. Her confrontational attitude can get this company in serious trouble. Mind you, you may ask any employee I interacted with, not once was I rude. I know it has been hard for this location to retain people as I have seen many management come and go, but honestly, do better. With this recession people are not even spending and the customers you do get, this is how they are treated? Conclusion: avoid CVS; even Walgreens has a better online order pick up system in place. Be careful when purchasing with cash, I gave my phone number but was not asked as usual if I wanted email receipt. The only prompts were print receipt or no receipt, I kept pushing receipt but no response then transaction went through but when I asked for a receipt they had to call for manager, it took 5 to 7 minutes and the she said the print out she was giving me would not suffice if I needed to return or exchange anything....WHAT?

This is the worst fucking pharmacy I've ever been to. I was told my medication would be ready by 4pm, I still came an hour later to assure that it was going to be ready. I arrive and am told I need to wait an additional 19mins after the time I was told it would be ready. This is so beyond ridiculous, if it's going to be late how about you do your customer a favor and call them to inform them before they make line to retrieve there medication!
