Many thanks to the pharmacist Geoffrey Flores for helping me. I appreciated his patience, calmness, and professionalism. He takes the time to kindly listen and thoroughly answer any question from patients. He’s efficient in helping people from start to finish, while providing instructions to his team. For example, I was impressed with his ability to calmly multitask and manage while he was fielding phone calls, directing team mates to assist at window when he noticed a line, entered transactions into the computer, while answering my questions. It was obvious that he is a skilled and experienced professional. I am very happy with the service, and will definitely be returning!

I have been shopping here for years. Pharmacy workers are rude but I rarely have to interact with them.Went today and was followed around the store by a little inbred idiot by the name of Claudia. I asked her to unlock the deodorant for me. After she unlocked the cabinet for me I told her she didn't have to hover over me while I got my deodorant. I told her I wasn't going to steal anything and mentioned that I was aware that she was following us. She told me something ridiculous about having to greet the customers when they came in, although she did not greet us. She was called to the front over the intercom to check out a customer but was too busy standing over me to go help the customer standing at the counter waiting for her to check them out. I decided not to purchase anything from a store that I have spent thousands of dollars at over the years only to be treated like a petty thief by a clerk who obviously rides the short bus to work. I asked for the manager and explained to him what had transpired with Claudia, the Clueless Clown. She was standing there grinning like the village idiot. She apparently thinks her racism is funny. As a customer who has shopped in this store for years and years I was not amused. Claudia need some remedial training in customer service. Or does CVS train its new workers to follow the Black people around?

Rudest, most sarcastic checkout I can recall. Checkout person was impatient condescending, snarky, and wouldn't let up, redividing me because I didn't have eyes at my knees.

Needed to call about an order. Employee was very rude and unhelpful and literally hung up on me twice. Had to call multiple times and wait through phone menu to finally sort things out.

Can a private business be as bad as the DMV? Yep. This place is proof. Terrible understaffing. Long lines. Shelves are often devoid of essentials. Staff is grumpy. No visit here has ever been efficient. Not once. My beard grows two inches as I stand in line and marvel at the misery each customer mist endure. Sick people, infirm people. Elderly people, Nobody loves their experience. Yet we keep coming out of habit. Disruption is coming to the pharmacy industry. This is exactly why.

PHARMACY IS INCOMPETENT!!!Every rx has been f'd up.. first they tell you they don't have it then they tell you they have it it's filled ... That you stand in line and wait and you get to the window after waiting 20 minutes and they tell you oh that was incorrect! This happens every time!! I don't understand why this is so difficult for them, but they can never get it right. GO ELSEWHERE

Did an online print for a canvas, took the time to get the mock up the way I wanted it then when I went to pick it up part of my photo was cut off from the canvas. I showed the employee that part of my photo which appears on the mock up was was present in the print he printed but he said it wasn't his fault and that's just how it prints. I asked him why the mock up looks different but he said if you don't want it you don't have to take it with no resolution to the problem. I did want the print but wanted to figure out why the mock up didn't look like what he actually printed he just said I don't know go do it again. I guess there's a reason these guys have a two star rating.

Horrible service, especially on the phone. When you call their pharmacy, you feel like you're disturbing them. Whats your problem, staff?
