"Miniscule Miguel the manager" is whatttttttt I call him ???He isssssssss petty asf????But I was superrrrrrr ♀️ ♀️petty ?!!! I bought a prepaid debit card, and it was never activated ?The receipt clearly states "no refund for activated gift cards!" ???What I purchased was a prepaid debitcard!Proceeding ??....................I requested a $2.97 refund because the company issued the remainder ?I wanted back what I paid for the card ?Miguel had me wait, call customer service annnnnnnnnnnd still refused ???Sooooooooooo, I waited longer (had no plans?) and we both stared ? ? at one another like????......he finally refunded me ?Conclusion: My penny ...issssssssss my penny, waited and received a refund ?The END ????

This is my second time coming to the Farmacy and a lady with a colorful hair been to rode and never have the medication ready and always give a bad actitud I don’t know how cvs have people working in the front They shouldn’t even be working here

I have gotten my prescriptions from this pharmacy for years, and I’ve gotten through the phone one single time- at which point they hung up. They’re kind enough when you get in the store, but since things like medication transfer and timing updates are delivered digitally it’s really hard to know whether or not to go into the pharmacy.

I visited CVS today (Slauson and Overhill location.) There was a misunderstanding concerning my son’s appt. with one of the staff members & the pharmacist really saved the day for us. She was professional and friendly and worked calmly to come up with a solution. I was impressed with her diligence. She’s truly an asset to this location and the only way to successfully manage this pharmacy dept. is with her in the driver seat. Thank you for all that you do!

This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. They left me on hold more than once for longer than 45 minutes. Today the head pharmacist LIED to my Dr’s nurse and told her to leave a voicemail because “the pharmacist“ was giving a Covid shot. I was sitting there. I was the only person waiting and there was NO ONE getting or waiting to get a shot.
Just a bunch of incompetent, entitled employees. They SUCK!

Not sure about other CVS, but please do not use this one. They don't pick up the phone. I've called about 5 times. At least 30 minute wait time every time, regardless of the day or time of day. Other pharmacies are MUCH more professional and courteous. Don't waste your time here.

If you value your well being and are on important medication, please do not use CVS. I tried for days to fill a prescription that is now nearly a week old. On the fifth day, they advised me to transfer it to Walgreens by having Walgreens give them a call. Turns out CVS doesn’t actually answer their phone so that was a waste of time. The Walgreens pharmacist told me she was on hold for over 30 min. I called again today and it was the same story. I had to go back in person and watch as the CVS pharmacist spoke to the the Walgreens pharmacist. Still don’t have my medicine. Hopefully Walgreens has it when I go. If you are on medicine that should be taken uninterrupted please please do not use CVS.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in the world. They answered the phone and put me on hold and never came back. I waited exactly 2 hours 3 minutes and nobody came back to the phone. Wow, what terrible customer service!!!! This is senior citizen abuse!!!!!

I do not understand the one star reviews here. This pharmacy staff is excellent. They all remember my name before I even get to the counter and greet me very nicely by name and treat me like a valued customer. Any little mistakes over the last couple of years have been negligible and easy to correct. I recommend the staff highly and the pharmacy they run.

I have been on hold for over an hour. Clearly they don't care about people getting their medications. They always lie and say it's the doctor that hasn't responded but clearly it's them as you can't communicate whatsoever. Do not go here!

STAY AWAY!!! This is hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone, they are RUDE, and I don't think they know what they're doing. I watched an assistant sit and play a game on her phone while they had at least 5 calls on hold. Don't trust them with your medications. Honestly the WORST! I've had all my prescriptions moved to Rite Aid and I'm beyond happy I did. THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR but I couldn't post this without giving them one.

This place is the worst because of the customer service. The workers are very rude and have nasty attitudes like they take their problems out on the customers. They never know what they are talking about so don't even bother asking a question. If you're able to get a prescription filled here correctly you really lucked up. The pharmacist themselves are also usually lazy and unhelpful especially the current guy they have working there right now, very apathetic. The asian lady that works in the pharmacy also has a bitter attitude, I've seen her be rude to everyone.
