I came to buy some snacks and noticed there was some on sale. I noticed the price and though I'd give it a try. Once I came to checkout the item rang up as a completely different price. I asked the guy who turns out is the manager and he said someone must have put the wrong price on it. The guy seemed to be completely clueless

Sunday July 2, 2023 - 6:57 PM - Came to buy my girlfriend some lashes. No one is available so I reach out to the cute latina girl standing at the front door. I can tell she's having a miserable day so I was acting as kind and timid as possible so I don't get on her bad side. She goes to get the keys and then she can clearly see I'm in the first aisle where the lashes are but I see her walking past my aisle and then walks from opposite direction pretending like she couldn't find me. She looked dismayed and took a deep breath as she pulls out the lashes "Kiss Russian Volume" from the safety bar. She asks me to take it to the front. As I walk to the front my girlfriend on the phone says she does not want the Russian Volume, she wants the Kiss Teddy lashes, so I ask her my girlfriend didn't want those ones she wants a different one. She clearly heard me saying I need the other one, but goes into the counter area tosses the keys on something in a disrespectful manner and heads back to the front door. I head over to the aisle to see if I can get help from someone else but luckily there was a teddy already torn off the security bar. I take it to the front where the self check out is, as I was paying for the item, I told the young lady to be respectful and if she's having a bad day not to take it out on anyone else. She retaliated and said she wasn't mad with a smirk and started to get loud and we had a shouting match. A man with a bigger build seemed to be one of her co-workers walked away to the other side not wanting to be involved in the situation. You can tell this wasn't her first rodeo. We went back and forth and she told me to shut the f word up, and I told her to shut up. Don't fire this girl, she just needs better training because customer service is not for her. She should be home doing data entry or introvert type work. I won't be coming to this CVS. That young lady gave me high blood pressure over me trying to give CVS business.

The general manager here is the biggest creep. Don't come here unless you would like to be hit on by an old creepy man while he holds your card/ID hostage so you have to continue standing in front of him dodging his dumb questions about what your sign is. Leaves you feeling icky.

I just left this place and can't say I will be returning back I was profiled and stereotyped by a security so-called officer , I went orally to get some milk because I needed a quick stop before home and they didn't have so I got a soda because I was thirsty and i looked for a quick snack to grab but they did not have any inwas lioking for, I saw other people came in with back packs too and he never once check on them. meaning nor giving everyone the same treatment as far as him doing his job professionally I am tired of people like him to.think it is okay to profile or stereotype any one of color, gender or background, he made feel very uncomfortable and feel like I had to watch over my shoulder every second of him being on the same aisle , everywhere I went I see he watching me at the corners , they're are cameras, I went to the line and remembered I wanted a lighter but it was the one I wanted so he followed me again so I gave up and went to the line and told the supervisor about his behavior and how uncomfortable it made me feel and implied I write it on paper and I did and I hope one dont get that same treatment by him again its 2022 why are we still being oppressed by showing at CVS security guard at usc Im Not coming back until they change the order of ethics of treating they're customers black gentlemen with security uniform stands in back watching you at all times .

I had came to this store in need of Sinus medication and 9 volt batteries. When I got inside, no one offered to help me with anything. They had very little merchandise to choose from. Disappointed from finding out that they didn't have the Sinus medication I use, I proceeded to locate the next vital items needed. I found them, but by that time, the sensation of needing to use the restroom came up. I asked one of the employees, (whose black like me), could I please use the restroom? The employee tells me, they don't have one, I'd have to go nextdoor to use it. I'm like, but I came to spend hard earned money in your store, what do you use when you have to go? I wound up having to leave TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FACT THAT BLACK PEOPLE ARE RACIST AMONGST THEMSELVES! From this point on, they'll never need to fear of me or my family and friends coming to such a RACIST store! Hey CVS on 3335 S. Figueroa St. good luck on getting customers into your store, TEACH YOUR STAFF HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT AND YOU'LL HAVE A HELL OF A LOT OF CUSTOMERS!! Also please note, CVS, you need as well as other companies REALLY NEED to screen your potential employees for ANY signs or recent events of RACISM towards other employees and/or customers!!!!

It's funny how money order machines are down every month during rent week, if it's always going to be down why even offer the service, or even better make a sign so clients aren't waiting in line for nothing

No parking, incompetent employees, homeless wandering around everywhere, all around terrible location. I ordered a package here, got a notification it arrived and was told to come back two days later, they send the notifications early. The next couple of days I tried calling the store to check if my package was there only to be out on hold for 20 minutes, then someone finally picks up and hangs up.

Really good customer service. The pharmacist Ash I think was his name went above and beyond to find me a better deal on a prescription I was paying cash. Would definitely go back

I started going here instead of Rite Aid because I moved from Downtown to a place by USC and CVS was just much more convenient and closer. I found it to be much cleaner and comfortable, I guess also warmer reception. My only complaint is the hours. Rite Aid stayed open later on the weekend. Oh well. I still recommend and rate it 5 stars.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. Never has medication in stock. Lost paperwork to reorder. Just avoid their incompetence altogether.
