Staff is always nice, prompt, and gets customers in and out swiftly. This location definitely has issues due to the homeless problem surrounding it but how is that the establishments fault? They have a security guard near the entrance and I think that's fine. Not only does it protect the employees working but patrons shopping. I'm happy that this spot is still open because it's the closest local drugstore / convenience store for people that live around 6th street. Walgreens and rite aid has shut down while back. So they really are holding it down for locals down on this block (:

I was in need of compounding high blood pressure medicine for my cat. I saw the Ophthalmologist today and needed it tonight. No other pharmacy could provide same day service. This pharmacy at first said they could provide the following day but then at last minute, ended up delivering same day this evening! Extraordinary customer service. She was so supportive of my fears about not getting this medicine until tomorrow and I don't know what miracle she pulled, but it was delivered 1 day and 3 hours earlier than she thought could be done. Plus she did it with so much compassion to me over the phone. Run, don't walk to this pharmacy. Plus they were $30.00 less expensive and it was delivered.

This place is just a ZOO! I live across the street and it's just really bad. There are crack addicts hanging out in front 24/7. Homeless guys selling stuff along the walls. I'm afraid to walk across the street to even shop there. The security guards just stand at the entrance and do nothing.I've seen people just walking in and stuffing their backpacks with merchandise and walking out and the security guards just stand there. People park their bikes, big heavy bags and strollers in the entrance so it's like an obstacle course to even walk in.And the shelves are always a mess. I guess no one that works there cares about anything.I just don't go there anymore even though it's right across the street.I can't handle those guys smoking crack all day and night

I came to print photos and the manager Bob was awesome but his employee in the photo with the key-lock earring legit told me my receipt had the wrong price and that "he would charge me his own in store rate" and when I said "it literally says What You Pay In Store:" on the receipt he said "man I hate this s**t" and left me with no service. I just stood there asking if someone could help me and was neglected until I got through to management. I've never experienced anything like that at a CVS in my life. Bad hire

Man, this would be a good CVS but the bus stop attracts all the homeless ppl. i live across the street & i literally saw someone smoking a crack pipe on the wall of CVS i swear to God! smh! i couldnt believe what i saw. its also dirty asf on the outside it almost looks contaminated. im a woman so i literally have to get my boyfriend to walk with me everytime i NEED to go to CVS bc the crackheads be posted up at CVS like they own it. CVS need to do better & hire security OUTSIDE their establishment as well! thats the most ghetto CVS i've ever seen & i hate that bc its so convenient for alot of us downtowners in that area. do better CVS bc this aint it SMH

When we bought medication for my sister's cough, I liked how the pharmacist helped us. She was well-educated in various fields of medicine. She was really polite and sweet. I love their service to their clients!

I am not one to write reviews much, but I just had an upsetting experience at this CVS. I am a frequent customer, along with other my boyfriend, as it is our closest pharmacy. I usually take my dog because I like to take him out as much as possible and he's overall a good dog, but has moments where he misbehaved like today. I headed back to the pharmacy area and for two split seconds that I turned my head, my dog decides it's a good idea to pee on the water display. VERY embarrassing and I had EVERY intention in cleaning it up, as soon as I was next in line, and could ask for some paper towels. A younger woman either clocks in or out of her break , walks away, and comes back once I was next in line to ask me where it was the dog peed. I explained where and she immediately responds rudely, "YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO BRING YOUT DOG TO PEE HERE" I made her aware it was not intentional and was in the middle of my transaction. She continues to rudely respond and mumble under her breath. It's upsetting to know the LACK of HUMANITY some employees have and not stopping to think before they speak. She made assumptions of me leaving without cleaning after my dog and ruined my day with her nasty attitude. You have no idea what kind of day I might be having, or what I'm going through, but it was more important for her to reprimand, rather than politely ask if I could clean up after the dog. She has glasses, all black hair, about 5'7 and was working in the back area today 12/13/2020.

Wonderful experience! I was able to do everything on the app but it was extra nice because I received a call to make sure everything was good. I ordered my prescription and it was delivered to my house on the same day. My delivery came early and the text updates were right on time to track my delivery. I also had the nicest delivery woman. This was exceptional service. Thank you!

I wish I could give a zero rating. The manager (Lew) and the pharmacist at this CVS discriminate against those who are suffering from COVID 19. My best friend who is a local nurse was treated terribly. She went to pick up her medication that was prescribed by her doctor six days after her fever broke. Which according to the CDC is ok to be in public with a mask if your fever has been gone for 72 days. When the pharmacist found out she was getting her medication for COVID she shouted it out to all the pharmacy Techs and surrounding customers. She told my friend she needed to go home and shouldn't be out in public. My friend was completely humiliated. A few weeks later she returned (wearing a mask) to the pharmacy to report the matter to the store manager Lew. (Note, before she returned to make her complaint she had officially tested negative for COVID). After explaining the situation to Lew, he began to step back and told my friend she needed to leave because he had to sanitize the store now that she had been in! She again told him that she no longer has COVID and has tested negative. He completely disregarded her complaint and embarrassed her once again in front of other employees and customers. I understand people are afraid, but there is NO reason to discriminate and humiliate those who have tested positive for COVID. Especially those who are working the front lines to safe our lives! Being that these kind of people are running a pharmacy is even more unacceptable!

This is the literal worst CVS I have ever been to. Their customer service is sometimes friendly and when it's not it's snotty and terrible and makes me uncomfortable. Other stores have more items available and less attitude. The girl behind the register with the short colored hair that clicks her gum, damn what an asshole...every damn time I visit.
