My wife was suffering from a sinus infection and had a prescription order sent to a different location. Unfortunately, they close already and knowing that she wouldn't be able to sleep at all that night, we searched for one still open. We came this one, they had the antibiotic on hand and pharmacist was able to fill her prescription. She saved us from losing the entire next day due to sickness and fatigue.

Average CVS with worlds longest wait times for the pharmacy... beware... lived in new york and went to a pharmacy that had 20x the patronage of this one every day and it was STILL faster... expect at least a 20 min wait for assistance no matter what time of day you go in... even if there's only 2 ppl ahead of you... 20 minutes... ?UPDATE: went back for a refill, called ahead to make sure my medication was ready, went there to pick it up and they lost it. straight up i dont know how it's possible for a pharmacy to lose a medication. 1 star. Please improve your system CVS

We waited over an hour past our scheduled Covid appointment to have it administered. The lady was lovely and very good with my kids. But they were severely under staffed for a prime time after work and school time.

Not open during advertised hours, couldn't get an important prescription. Giving one star cause I've been before and it was okay.

I had a really bad experience attempting to get a medication transferred to this pharmacy. I was dealing with a mental health emergency and needed my medication ASAP to a new location. Had already spoken to one pharmacist in the morning, and he was polite and explained the insurance issues to me. When I called later, a different pharmacist picked up, and I tried to tell him about my conversation a few hours prior. He kept interrupting me, over and over, and explaining things I'd already known and would've told him if he hadn't interrupted me. Then, when I told him my medication was lost, he berated me ("That should've been the first thing you told me"). I was already not doing well emotionally, so I started to cry and apologized, and he repeated what he said in the same tone. I would imagine a pharmacist would have to speak to a lot of people dealing with mental health issues, and I just think his behavior, tone, and words were inappropriate. I definitely wouldn't call this pharmacy if you are in need of help, support, or clarification.

You'll be hard press to find a worst pharmacy than this particular, CVS. Filling a monthly prescription requires multiple phone calls and in person visits. Nobody seems to know what's going on and there seems to be no one in charge. Since when did filling prescriptions become so difficult? I've known drug dealers who are more reliable and trustworthy than the pharmacist I dealt with today. Stay far away.

Unfortunately, it seems like there is no one in charge of this CVS pharmacy that cares about customer service. They seem to be driving business away from bricks and mortar and onto Internet pharmacy.The most recent example, and I am not exaggerating, took me 10 phone calls, and three in person visits over three weeks to get a refill of a medication. I have already done here a number of times. The pharmacists are all very friendly however, many of them apparently do not know how to deal with insurance And are easily confused. Today I had to drive back twice because although the pharmacy was supposed to open at nine, it did not open till closer till 10. There are many better options.

Patient privacy is comprised at this CVS pharmacy location. I am filing a formal HIPAA violation complaint with the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights so this location can be investigated in hopes of protecting others. I went to check the status of my prescription today at the drop off/consultation desk. The pharmacist told me it was out of stock and he didn't know when they would get more. A man standing to my right chimed in and said, "Aw man you're out of that medication?" The pharmacist answered him with a yes and then turned to me and said I could check other pharmacies. The pharmacist was okay with this man eavesdropping in our private conversation about my medication, and the pharmacist didn't even have the nerve to tell the man where to stand for patient privacy while waiting his turn. The pharmacist also didn't take the time to look up other pharmacies to see where this medication is in stock. He told me to go ask around. Send your prescriptions and business elsewhere.
