I had heard of Curaçao but never shopped there until late 2023 for the After Thanksgiving specials. They are confusing but I understand now. Curaçao has the latest most up to date modern items to sell. I like the price match policy it's easy no hassle as long as you provide proof. I would recommend Curaçao ( Anaheim / Fullerton) to go shopping for the latest high quality accesorios. Yes they are expensive but it's the connivence.

Si no quieres pagar interés, pide que no te pongan como cuenta flex o tonterías. Checa tu recibo porque aunque pagues a tiempo el sistema te cobra interés solo por pagar a tiempo más el interés por el tipo de cuenta en la que te pusieron . esto no lo dicen.

a mi esposo le mandaron 2 veces los mismos juguetes y pidió un switch y ese nunca le llegó pero si le llegó el cobro cuando ni recibio y servicio al cliente ni saben ayudar al contrario dice k tiene 72 horas y no saben dar ninguna respuesta si ellos en el sistema ven lo k mandan son ignorantes en no darse cuenta y resolver el problema

The Service is horrible I purchased a stove and the sales person asked me what day would be good to deliver and I said Saturday 11/25/2023, he then said I have Friday 11/24/2023 which is sooner I said ok no problem! I didn't receive a text message or email from the delivery service confirming the delivery so I called the store and they advised the sales rep had selected 12/20/23 for delivery which meant he lied to me and would explain the nervous behavior and rush to get us out the store at the end of the transaction! Service over the phone said I had to go back to the store to get this problem fixed! I went to the store and after a $1900 sale the sales person didn't know who I was anymore and only a 1 day had passed since the purchase! I then spoke to Jose Rojas who was very nice actually and got me a delivery date for Monday 11/27/2023. He gave me a print out and emailed the delivery service! Ok so today 11/27/2023 I'm waiting for my delivery and when it arrives the delivery guy Sebastian or Mauricio (not sure what his actual name was because he admitted to giving me a fake name so I wouldn't report him!) comes in and says the gas universal kit didn't fit and hands it to me and says I have to go to the store again and exchange it! When I look at the bag It said it was a universal gas dryer installation kit!!! This guy had no idea what he was doing and was going to install my new stove!! Major safety issue!!! He then calls his boss Fernando over the phone and he says he has to take the stove back with the wrong installation kit and I have to go back to the store and schedule a new delivery date!! Fernando was non apologetic he didn't care they messed up! He continued to give me an attitude and didn't resolve anything for me! Then the delivery guy I ask him his name and he says why do you need my name! I say I need it for my notes so I can tell the store who came with the wrong kit! He said his name is Sebastian and then when he noticed I was recording the items and his voice was recording on the video he said oh no my name is Mauricio not Sebastian anymore! I'm so disappointed with the service and the dishonesty of the employees! I have had to waste 2 full days and on top of all this when I call the store the girl says she will send an email and I will receive a response in 24 to 48 hours!!! So therefore nothing was resolved!! This store is a major appliance store so they need to better their Customer service skills and select a better and safer 3rd party delivery service!! Their employees need to be trained better as well! They need more product knowledge and service skills! All I want is for my stove to be delivered and installed correctly because that's what I paid for!!

Outrageously priced. Aggressive sales people. Ready to give credit to anyone at terrible interest rate. They found any and every reason to not honor their claim to meet competitors prices and rates. I bought an air conditioner that didn't work well and I exchanged it for another one that didn't work well and they wouldn't do anything further. They are predatory and exploitative to people. They suck.

Very Bad Service. Maria the cashier gave us bad service. was extremely rude and quickly turned us away after she “helped us”. When i asked her name she refused to give me and when I confronted the manager about not giving her name she said they are not required??♂️. Clearly the manager does not know how to do her job, when customers ask for names they are required to give. It’s clear these people need more training.

Sales people are rude . Everything is WAY OVERPRICED. And it's hard to figure out how to enter because it's in a strange building that's primarily for office space. I hated this store !!!!!

The jewelry repair man provided great service. He was able to help fix my watch in a timely manner. I’m glad this store has an on-site jewelry repair person, 10/10 I recommend this store and the service provided.

I ordered an item online and picked up in store. It was purchased with the curacao credit card. Upon receiving my first bill, there was a finance charge already attached. I called in and was told it would be removed. My second bill came with another interest charge. I paid 4x the amount of the minimum due and they still charged me. I have been told the charges would be removed by at least 4 "supervisors". Still hasn't happened. The customer service for this store is the worst. I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AT ALL! Take your money to a reputable company that actually cares about the customer with money that pays their bills. This is not that place.

This is the worst place to buy stuff. If you want to be treated with discrimination and racism then go head and buy at this place! The people working there they all are so stupid and mean. They discriminated me for having my service dog with me. They stated I couldn't be in the store and they kicked me out not giving me service because I had my service (trained and certificated) god with me. They did not have any other excuses besides "we don't accept dogs" they need to inform themselves from the law! Any service dog needs to be allowed to accompany their owner if it is stated by law! The worst part is that they accept any small dog that is not service animals. There were other dogs in the store that were small and regular but because my companion was a big breed dog they negatively rejected service. The people here need to educate themselves!

Horrible experience went to go buy Mattress everything went well until I had to go were you pick up the items you payed that's inside the store went there I gave my paper work to the guy in charged of getting my item which was a mattress in a box so it was not a big mattress it's those in a box so since I gave him my paper work the employee already had a bad attitude he started cursing talking to other employee about my order saying what the fuck I'm not getting that shit very rude laughing about it and I was told they were going to bring it out so we waited and nothing so then security we told him we where waiting for our mattress that they were going to bring it out so he said ok you can wait outside then we went outside and waited and nothing like 20 minutes pass nothing and we where waiting so I had to go back in threw the other door because they had closed the other door when I went back in they where there just standing with the mattress they told me we have been waiting for you but you were not here I told him I was told they were going to bring it outside but in very rude mad way he said well I don't know who told you that they gave you wrong information then I said well that's what I was told you literally have me waiting outside for like 20-25 minutes for nothing you could of just said I can't bring it outside for me to pick it up then he said well I need your husband to come and get because it under his name I said ok I will go bring him as I was walking away he was saying something to his coworker and we're laughing about my situation so rude then I come back with my husband and husband also told them you could of just said we can't bring it out instead of having us wait literally it takes like 2 minutes to bring then he it out but you could not just bring it out he no I never said that I was bringing it out they gave you misinformation and he tell us do you still want it we said yes we have been waiting for it then I proceeded to ask for his name and he said for what I said can I have your name he said for what and I asked him again I told him if they asked me who got my order I would tell them your name he said you don't need my name I told him can I have your name he said it right her pointed at his tag name Elmer Ortiz horrible customer service can you read very rude as we are leaving he's laughing horrible experience never goin there or recommend anyone there
