I actually haven't been to this location, I go to the one in Monterey Park, but I made a mistake w my insurance and put myself under the wrong provider instead of CSC. :( I thought I would have to figure it all out myself, but they set up an appt for me to speak to amazing Jenny, (who I believe works at this location) and she called my insurance with me on the line and single handedly fixed my problem while i sat back (graciously) like a little kid having their mom step in and handle business :'-) I've only had good experiences w CSC so far. And thank you Jenny!

This is a review for the excellent Dental Practice - all the dentists here are fantastic - they genuinely care for their patients and they take Medi-Cal, which helps low income earners - the view out of the windows is superb and it's always a pleasure (!!!) to be here :)

Only 1 visit, but it was great. No lines, the receptionist/nurse was attentive and very helpful, I appreciated she made calls for me for my follow-up vaccine shots at the pharmacy. They do the blood draw there, very convenient. Organized.. that was my impression. Dr Borookhim is top notch. He took his time, this isnt something I felt with previous PCP's... my previous 2 always seemed to be in a rush. All 3 ppl I interacted with (Alex the assistant, Dr B, and the nurse) were top notch. I found a PCP and medical center I like, thats so important. It gives me a feeling of safety. Highly recommended. This is not a fake review, Im 54 , just moved to LA from Vegas. Visisted 6/19.

If it would possible I would put minus 5 star, nurses and receptionist were pretty polite and nice. But when doctor Michael Borookhim came, I was literally scared, he was mad at me with no reason, I was laid back on patient chair but he screamed at me: Could you sit straight?? , I felt he just force me to leave, his tone was arrogant, he made me feel miserable - he said my insurance policy is very poor and I will have to pay for visit, for blood draw and any medicine pill he is gonna prescribe - btw I am a refugee, my car was stolen and I lost my job, that's why I applied for medical and my health la program, I don't blame anyone, I'm grateful for everything, but if those programs actually does not work at Chinatown Service Center, why you disinform people that you work with that programs ???? Highly unrecommended place to get a medical help Be careful that Doctor especially

Dr Borookhim is the main reason I go to Chinatown Service Center.I finally found a Dr I like and Trust He shows a genuine interest in my progressAnd it shows.Im actually improving Cant ask for better results than thatHe adjusts and changes things as my medical situation changes keeping me on the right trackChinatown Service Center Has at least one great Dr that I know ofgive them a try

Great dentist. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. They did X-Rays my first visit and were very transparent about what they were seeing. I went back a week later for a cleaning. Due to a work conflict I needed to reschedule my appointment at the last minute and they were very accommodating. They also sent text messages for appointment reminds which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend

I went to this place to visit the dentist office on the third floor. I had a good experience! Everyone was very kind to me and the wait time was not too long. Although everyone here speaks Chinese, they also speak English fluently, so anyone who speaks these languages can visit. I had Dr. Chu, who was very helpful. This was the first dentist office that did not suggest Invisalign or braces to me, which I appreciated -- after all, I'm in my late 20s and have heard that enough times that it should be obvious there are significant barriers preventing me from doing so. They did not encourage me to do any unnecessary costly procedures either and were very honest in their assessment of my teeth.I mostly wanted to write this review to update the information available about the parking situation. The parking lot under the building is accessible on Alpine Street. It is now $5, not $3, as some previous reviews mentioned, but you can get your ticket validated at the office so that your parking is free. The valet person was about to take my $5 without telling me, but I happened to read a sign that mentioned validation and asked. Otherwise, I would have paid $5 unnecessarily! You also have to stop to pick up a ticket when you first enter, and the valet person gets a little annoyed if you miss the sign and go back to get a ticket on foot.

I recently had my first appointment here, and the staff and dentist were extremely professional. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the system. I sat down and filled out the paperwork, presented it to the receptionist, and within 10 minutes I was in the chair. There is a stunning view of the hills and landscape toward Dodger Stadium from the large windows, which I enjoyed and I felt set me at ease. Next, the dental hygienist treated me and helped prepare me by performing X-rays. Within 10 minutes the dentist, Dr. Lien, came and walked me through the X-rays which were large and very easy to see. She explained very clearly what actions needed to be taken, along with identifying the issues on screen. This was my first time in a dental office in a few years, and this was night and day better than the previous experience, where I seemed to be treated with a gruff, almost annoyed attitude the entire time.I was able to book 4 more appointments, and am happy to say I look forward to getting the series of treatments I have coming. Lastly, the booking is engineered to send a text message notification, if desired, to my phone, not only upon booking, but it perfectly sent me a text the day before and an hour before. Extremely tech savvy, high quality equipment, convenient, professional, and efficient. 5 stars.

If you want to be treated like merchandise fo there. This Dr would not prescribe a second time after I lost my medication. This was an anti viral medicine, no drugs or some illicit substance. They are so rude. I tried so hard go along. If you are not Like them they treat you like crap. DO NOT USE THEM. That's my recommendation. They keep promising the nurse will call: NOTHING. How can you be a doctor and not give a darn about patients. Believe me. They are bad. It's your life.
