I recently had repairs completed to my Porsche here and was satisfied across the board. There was a dent spanning multiple door/body panels that was fixed and the process was easy enough. They communicated throughout the repair and completed it within the timeline given, to a high standard. I would recommend them and use again if the need arose.

Was declined from initial drop off without any prior notice. When I was picking up my car they forgot to change the tail light that they were suppose to fix. Overall unprofessional.

What can I sincerely say that portrays my satisfaction with my experience at Crown Coachworks that hasn't already been expressed by all the other satisfied customers. Simply put, I couldn't have had an easier time dealing with what is usually a situation full of headaches for all of us.
After the initial estimate, I literally just dropped off my car, and then picked her up as good as new. That was it...Eyal and Lisa took care everything else. Both were extremely kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They even handled coordinating with my insurance for having some damage repaired that happened on a previous claim I had. I genuinely felt my car was in good hands and the finished work definitely showed it was.
Enough good things cannot be said when you truly find essential businesses that are run and owned by people you can trust. I honestly would not have any problems recommending this place to anybody. And if there is ever a time I am in need of such services again, I already know where I will be returning.

I was referred to Crown Coachwork from the insurance, and everything and everyone were on point.
From the communication of how we were to proceed to minimize the time I needed to be away from my car, to when they opened it up and needed extra time to order part, and promptly put me in a rental. They even called me and told me they didn't match the color right and would redo it, so my car has a very nice a$$ ? Thanks a lot to everyone!!

Unprofessional staff with a rude, dismissive attitude. Abundantly lacking in customer service. I went there solely due to their good reviews, but it was quickly apparent many of the reviews are written by their family due to how awful the experience with them is in reality.

Couldn't believe how rude this shop is. The son of the owner - Fernando - has the WORST attitude of any auto shop I've ever dealt with. You'd think that business is falling out of the trees the way they treat customers. I don't understand why it's so hard for some folks to be nice to customers - and understand they pay the bills. If you have personal or other issues, leave them at home. Don't take it out on customers. Consider yourself lucky to have business - it won't always be that way so remember that.

Super helpful! Came in for a medium scratches from getting keyed awhile ago and just wanted a touch up to sell the car. They helped me with a touch up of the scratches and even touched up other minor areas to help get the car ready for sale. And didn't charge me! They were honest, super helpful and quick!! Definitely recommend.
