Great place to buy but not so great to sell your items i took 2 dolce gabbana pairs shoes and in fair condition i was only offered $80 for both pairs really!!!so u can turn around and sell them way over $180 each not fair

I've been into crossroads three times in the last 2 days to sell stuff, yesterday being my first time in the store...everyone is so kind and helpful, im moving out and have just been bringing bags on bags of stuff, they're super speedy the longest i've sat in store was for an hour which isn't even that bad with walking around and browsing things!! great quality, great people and great service.

Serivce was horrible! Do not waste your time trying to sell anything here! I brought a bunch of cloths and shoes in great conditions and someone of them were new with tags they didn't even bother to check many of them and at the end they said we are not taking them!

I am legally blind and when my wife noticed there was a surge charge for $1.49 I was furious because I did not know about this.
I was to embarrassed to go into to the store
To find out about this charge, so i called
The store. When I was told what the surcharge was for I became more irate. I was told it is because of the cost of living. I was also told that all the registers have a posted sign about this surcharge. I explained to the manager on duty of my situation that I am legally blind no signs are helpful to me that this was highway robbery. What about customers that don’t pay attention to the signs yet alone check their receipts. Be aware of the illegal practices conducted at all theses business places. I will be contacting weights and measures. Highway robbery!!!!

are 0 stars an option? not only will they underprice everything you attempt to sell they will also make you wait on the waitlist for 2 hours and then close the store before getting to you because they are so slow and incompetent. better off donating to good will.

I've sold here a few times. The payouts are low, and like other reviewers have said, if you have new clothes with tags from good companies, they rarely if ever take them. Instead the racks seem lined with a lot of very worn and old things. I'm not really sure their buyers are doing the best job. I went in today and one man was taking quite a few things, the other fellow went through three people and took nothing (including one sweatshirt from a guy which was AWESOME! And I would totally have bought). I was really hoping I'd get the asian fellow who was actually doing his job and taking a few nice things from people. I mean, I had about two hours of wait time to see who was doing a good job and who just felt like rejecting good clothes for the day (ya know when you get a vibe someone is just having a power trippy day, and wanting to take it out on the world? Yeah that was the vibe). I've also had people reject NWT pieces and then brought them back a week later to have them happily taken. Sometimes a worker just isn't good at their job and if one employee is consistently rejecting good items and not "finding" anything... I'd look at them and get them into some better training. Have them see what people are actually buying. Anyway, not sure the few bucks you MAY get is worth the wait unless you catch them on a less busy day.

The “manager” that was working today needs to be re evaluated. He does not know how to speak with people with needs. He was trying to kick me out because he said i was annoying him with my questions and that he did not care about me then he proceeded to even put his HAND IN FRONT OF MY FACE! That was disrespectful I could not believe a “manager” could ever do that. Please check the cameras for today around 11. If it wasn’t for his younger employees that can better manage situations I was going to cry. He is very unprofessional, rude, and does not deserve to work in customer service. When a customers tells you they have difficulties (the right things is to not kick them out but help). He definitely showed the worse way to manage a situation. Please considered re evaluating who you put in charge to manage. No one should leave a store TRAUMATIZE over A MANAGER. I don’t want to be mean but he acted like a little child throwing a tantrum. I am still shock about the whole situation.

Worst time management here to purchase clothes. The 60-90min wait could be avoidable if buyers would work and chat about their outings and getting banned on IG. I think if they put as much time into their job as they do with IG it's would be helpful.

At this location work the most rude and disrespectful people. Each time I visit this location- I’m stressed to even come closer to the cashier. The most horrible experience of selling clothes as well. they will discriminate you for everything even for the way you breathe
