Just can't share enough positive feedback and vibes about my purchase experience and delivery of my Railcar bed from the wonderful people at Croft House! Sales team (Elle and Cece) were super professional double checking the size of the bed I ordered and it was ready well within the estimated completion time. Delivery logistics were conveyed to me clearly from Cristian and his team promptly arrived on time and with extreme care brought it to me all the way to Northern California.

We are incredibly dissatisfied with the quality of our Rivera sectional. Something is wrong with the fabric or fill such that the cushions are constantly sagging and puckering, even with regular rotation. We've contacted local upholsterers and no one can seem to fix this, nevermind that at $15k+ it is ridiculous that we have to fix this just a few years in. For reference, we have purchased furniture from many other chain and custom/designer manufacturers and furniture restorers and have never encountered such poor workmanship..

I want to rave about Croft Furnishings, I have had a number of clients that have actually furnished their entire homes with their pieces. The furniture styling and workmanship is so well executed. Their look personifies the casual, natural, modern lifestyle of California. There are company that manufactures right here in LA, they are local and their price point is terrific. Great experience and products.I ordered a dresser and a set of (customized) nightstands from Croft House. The customization process was streamlined, the pieces arrived within the specified lead time, and the pieces look lovely.

Overpriced and terrible. They treat their employees like crap and make them work alone in the scary area. One of their poor employees actually got assaulted by a disgusting bum and passed away. Do better. Don't support this greedy place. They make so much but won't hire security? Shame.

Edit: Just received the furniture and it is absolutely gorgeous (exceeded expectations) so changing my stars to a 4.Now multiple weeks after we ordered the piece and it has not arrived. Croft is super difficult to work with and is not helping.

REST IN PEACE to the young lady who lost her life while working at Croft House . I send my deepest condolences to the family and friends. A senseless act of violence. May the individual that is held accountable for this I hope you do the right thing and turn yourself in.

I bought console unit from Croft House, paid $1800 for white glove delivery service and received damaged furniture. Rather than reimbursing me for the delivery they thought a messily $450 reimbursement would make good on the damaged unit.

Our designer suggested a sofa from this store. While pretty, it is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sat in. Wire bars hit your legs, back and everything else with no padding. Guests never comment negatively on our furniture and could not believe a) it was new, and b) that sofas could be that uncomfortable We paid an upholsterer to restuff it with no luck. We contacted the store within 6 months of owning it and they refused to address the issue. Do not buy anything from this store. Look at ALL their Yelp reviews - not the filtered ones. Bad furniture and worse service. You will regret buying here.

DO NOT order from here if you are not local to LA. The shipping costs are astronomical and the process is even worse. Our piece has been "en route" for almost 2 months. It is honestly like they've never shipped anything before. And the people at the company are not helpful in the least. They are in way over their skis.

The furniture looks tasteful. Customer service could use some rescuing. As a woman of color, did not feel welcomed at all.
