When I first came to the store the manager I did not know she was the manager but when I first came to the store yes it was clean the security guard which is an old man he was very nice so I talked to three gentlemen who was in the store taking pictures they told me that was their store and that they started those stores well yesterday I came in there and I didn't know that they charge $75 to use your EBT cash so I didn't have enough so I asked my neighbor to cover it for me he said okay the manager started yelling through the window telling me you can't do that in the store I explained to her that that was my neighbor she goes well you got to take that outside the store and I'm the manager here and once again today she was rude to me and this is the black lady also since she's the manager why don't she take spoiled food out of delicacy the food that has expired the lunch meat was expired and so Hispanic lady was nice enough to tell me to put it back cuz it was spoiled expired so she the manager the other black lady why didn't she remove the products from the shelf?then she wouldn't serve me today because I wouldn't listen to her saying the same thing over and over again I told her I didn't want to talk about it so she gave me my money back and told me to go to another store now I don't think this corporation won't customer is going to other stores they're losing money plus a lot of my neighbor said they had a problem with her as well ! The customer is always right not an apology from her or anything she just got louder and louder and very ghetto telling me how many different stories she worked at I don't care how many stores you worked at your customer service towards me was rude and and very unprofessional and she was doing it in front of other customers behind a bulletproof window I mean who does that make it make sense! And then when I put my money on the counter she got my product but then she wouldn't give it to me she was holding it hostage until I listened to what she had to say which I don't listen to anyone that's talking over me and it's screaming at me that's unprofessional so yeah then she told me go get my product somewhere else you tell me the corporation going to put up with something like that and I've only lived over in this area for today's I've worked in Beverly hills on Beverly drive and was very respectful!

Literally the best store I’ve come across from in a long time. I love the selection of drinks, snacks, groceries and winnings. They have a whole side section to play scratchers which you really don’t see anywhere else. Check cashing starts at 1% or free if you refer a new client. Plus you get to choose starting with shots and up to gallons of alcohol available ! They have two locations so odds are if a product is sold out at this location you could make a quick trip to west and Hyde park and find it there ! Super convenient, clean and welcoming.

We are in the hood.. so be respectful & courteous when dealing with OUR people.. it was my first time visiting this establishment.. Snacks lottery money orders & refreshments..The Hispanic lady that works the window on the Weekends should be a bit more professional..we know ur there for our convenience but it’s not worth goin if ur just gonna look mad the whole time ur helping sum1..Cheer up.. Management should have a chat with her

Super nice staff and a bigger store than I expected it to be. They got a lot of options and a whole section devoted to alcohol and whatever else you would like in a convenience store. Definitely a nicer store than I'm used to in liquor stores and will come again.
