Got my car back with more new things messed up or they overlooked them and didn’t fix it. Either way I don’t recommend this shop. Like, do not TRUST it.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star worse place ever I regret taking my car here after someone hit my car and leave .. even that my insurance take care of the bill this place still charge me $1125 in order for them to release my car , plus took over 3 months for them to repair my car and every time I called this receptionist Jacky could never give me a clear answer about my car updates, failed to call me back when she said she will , very rude and non professional at all please do you research before taking ur car to this place .

Yup, scammers, do not trust, I will keep my comment and story short and you can read more of the similar cases below. Got an accident on Crenshaw, approached by one of their "look out man?" on the streets, asked if I had insurance then offered "free tow" since the shop was minutes away, literately and figuratively. I agreed then this is where the scams begin. Oh also, miraculously, tow truck showed up under 5 mins. My lesson from this is next time god forbids but when an accident happens, call your insurance company right away. It was Thursday afternoon, towed my car, 2 mins drive, un-loaded. Spoke to front desk lady, got my insurance info and said they will take care of it and get back to me on the details. When I got home and yelped, decided when Friday comes I am going to take my car OUT FROM THEIR SHOP IMMEDICATELY. Comes Friday, went to the shop first thing in the morning at 10:00am, noticed my car engine was running (god know it was just turned on or left all night), my front light switch was purposely turned from auto to highbeam, and all my front in car reading lights were turned on. The entire day, my insurance company arranged three times for their tow company truck to pick up my vehicle, front lady play games to delay the pick up, requires cash only for payment to release the vehicle, which is not how car insurance company works and she knows far well. So tow didn't happen on Friday, comes Sat and Sunday...Monday, called up insurance company again, due to their scheduling the earliest they can tow my vehicle out was Thursday, I don't blame my insurance company but that's extra three days at the scammer shop and probably exactly how they planned it. Thursday came and my car was finally out of the shop. Later, I requested a copy of the bill from my insurance company, I don't recall the exact amount but it was 4K+, 1K just for towing(2 mins drive, + additional fees for load and unloading???...are you kidding me..), every single day my car was kept there, storage fee 500 daily, and some other BS fee. Keep in mind this whole time when I was communicating with my insurance company, they are fully aware of the situation and was helping me trying to my the car out ASAP too, they acknowledge this shop is a scam as well. I had USSA, they were excellent because they didn't put this charge onto me, but I knew when my vehicle was release from this shop, they had to pay the 4K+ to them inorder to. I also reported this to USSA's fraud investigation team, they gathered some information on my case, but I never followed up to see what result may have changed. So yeah, do not take your car there, period.

The personnel was overall very polite and considerate. As an elderly consumer, I appreciated the quality of work on my vehicle. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. I also appreciated the professionalism with which they worked with my insurance company. I could not thank them enough; and I highly recommend this company.

Rip off scam they try to lower you in the business and do not give any detail about how much charges you will have to pay them . They are more interested in keeping there business open and going vs helping and accommodating clients. Excessive fees way to priced ghetto black business
