Donations aren’t accepted past 5 even though they’re open until 7. I guess you can only donate if you don’t have a job.

Don't waste your time. Everything is overpriced and staff is super rude!!!!!! Can't return or exchange anything and on top of it all parking is horrible.

I came during the start of the Labor Day Sale and I've never found so many unique and quality items for such a great value. Other chain thrift stores have raised their prices, but not the quality of product, while this store had one gem after another. I can't wait to see what I find there next time. Also, two young and trendy sales associates were running the store front and seemed to really appreciate what they do - made the experience that much more special.

The kindness and warmth I received from the NCJWLA Council Thrift Shop when donating items, was wonderful. The staff member assisted me in taking both the walker and cane and clothes bags from my car. I am so happy I discovered this thrift shop for donations and will be returning.

Last week I had something unfortunate happened to me but thanks to the staff here they did absolutely everything they could to help me find my phone that was stolen in the store. They called it from several different places, turned off music so that I could look for my cell phone, and even expressed concern and allowed me to frantically look around the store for about 30 minutes. I didn't end up catching the person they got away with my cell phone, but just the fact that the staff was willing to help me and made me feel like my items were worth protecting was something that definitely didn't go unnoticed. On more than one occasion, I've seen every single one of these individuals act with grace, dignity, and respect in occasions that sometimes are a little bit difficult to display such affects. The star employees were as follows! Gil- thanks for turning off the music and helping me out. Erin, Vee, and Noe, thanks for being so sweet throughout the whole thing and for always being so fair with prices.

I would say this place's prices sits between your regular thrift shop and a consignment store. The big catch is that there are no fitting rooms, returns, or exchanges. There's definitely a ton of clothes to look through, but with slightly higher prices than a normal thrift store (and a lot of branded stuff ranging from Lululemon to DVF marked-up even higher as a "popular brands"), it's a bit risky to purchase. Here's an idea of some of the prices: Men's coats: $19.99 Men's Suits: $19.99 Women's shorts: $4.99 Women's skirts: $7.99 Women's pants: $7.99 Women's jeans: $9.99 Women's sleeveless tops: $4.99 Women's short dresses: $9.99 Women's short sleeve tops: $6.99 Women's long sleeve tops: $7.99 Women's sweaters: $8.99 When I bought a men's shirt, it was marked as a women's shirt at the cash register and I asked but the cashier said that the price didn't differ by gender. In terms of clothing, I would only recommend this store for anything that you can try on over your clothes (jackets, sweaters, etc.). If you're looking for household goods, there are a solid amount of drinking glasses, coffee glasses, etc.
