Came in a few weeks ago and had 5 star service. They were extremely busy and still were able
to honor my appointment time. Jarret deserves a raise. This guy was helping customers left and right did getting things done. You could tell he had a ton on his plate but kept calm and just did his job to attend to everyone in a timely manner. Even dealing with impatient customers he kept his cool. Come to this Costco and Jarret and his team will help.

I always had a great experiences here at Los Feliz location. The guys are always helpful & honest! I had a nail in my tire several times & my Toyota people told me I need to replaced my tires right away. I took it to this location for second opinion; they patched it up & I was good to go!

Went here to have my tire rotation last wednesday July 3,2024… Then July 4th we went to modesto,CA.. While driving going to modesto i notice something flew off from my wheel.we are in I-5.. i saw my hub cap rolling in the freeway.. Maybe they didnt put back my hub cap properly when they rotate my tires.. ??

This Tire center cannot service more customers than they can handle. Long wait time, not customer friendly.

Five star experience, especially considering I was a walk in. Got there early on a rainy day hoping that I wouldn't have to wait so long that I died of old age. I was in and out in about 3hrs.I ordered wide summer tires and they verified that they would fit the wheels & the car before mounting. They balanced and mounted the tires without issue, and all TPMS units work as they did before.They even mounted the right rear wheel in the same spot so that I wouldn't curb another wheel...I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism!

I had one of the better Costco experience here. The staff were polite. There is coffeeshop walkable distance nearby if you need to wait off a few hours.

Do not believe whatever the technician is saying about warranty prior sale or install. Ask to show where it is written whatever they say. Dont recommend to shop here

Surprised this is Costco. Does not feel like the service I'm used to. Long lines, long wait even though I had an appointment, unhelpful, bad prices. Regret buying tires here

This is a shout-out for Jerrod who works in the tire shop. I had a nail in one of my tires (which turned out to be 2). The tire wasn't fixable and since my car is all wheel drive, they have to be the same exact tire. They were sold out of my tire at this location but found it in San Dimas. I drove all the way over there, only for that Costco, and the main tire manager not wanting to change out my tire, saying it was just fine though it had 2 punctures and I was still under warranty. Thankfully this location (Los Feliz) fought on my behalf, and Jerrod was nice enough to give me a courtesy call at the end of the day, to make sure I was taken care of! He went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this Costco location for their tire center customer service! Good peeps here!

Highly recommend this Costco tire center location. Great, friendly, competent staff, that are willing to work with you when other tire centers screw you over. They fit me in towards the end of the day after listening to the dire situation I was in. They treat you and your time with respect. They have great communication and customer service. This is the only tire center I'll go to!

Others I know recommend Costco for new tires so I decided to give it a try since I'm a member. I bought tires online from the Costco website. The purchase process was smooth. I entered my vehicle info, confirmed wheel size, and was led through a simple purchase flow. I made the purchase. The site and receipt email told me to expect the tires to take a week to arrive at the store but they arrived 2 days later. I made an appointment for ten days out but was impatient so confirmed they take walk-ins and went at open the following day. Clerk told me it would take 2 to 2.5 hours but the shop called to tell me the car was done just under 2 hours later. My issue is that Costco doesn't offer wheel alignment (note that the Yelp ad says it does alignment - the ad is wrong). According to staff at the Los Feliz and Burbank Costco Tire Centers, "no Costco offers alignment" (yes, I checked the accuracy of what I was told by calling another local Costco). Kind of ridiculous if you ask me since the warranty effectively requires alignment and Costco is forcing me to make another trip to have another shop do it (waste of time). The reason I say the warranty requires it is because failing to align the wheels can result in uneven wear, which can disqualify it from warranty coverage -- The warranty includes as section for "What is not covered: 7. A tire that is damaged/failed due to rapid or irregular wear." That's what happens without alignment. In addition, the clerk who handed the keys back and told me the wheels aren't aligned also warned me that failing to align could impact warranty coverage.My fault to assume that Costco offers wheel alignment with new tires, but that choice doesn't make much sense to me. Other places that sell new tires offer alignment because it's so closely related and if you do one you should do the other. I guess Costco had gotten by this long without it so it won't change. And I'll remember to buy elsewhere next time unless prices are just that much cheaper..Pros: smooth purchase process online online appointment process; prices are competitive; helpful staffCons: need to go elsewhere for wheel alignment
