The place is cool but the the people that come and drop off are very rude there not mindful of kids or peoples property they just throw things anywhere and are very argumentative the store on the other hand I love it just and the furniture the owner is also respectful

Worst service, I'm a regular customer and he promised me a "cash refund " if my product didn't work , because the display one needed charging . And my products didn't work so I brought it back the next day the manger, acted like he forgot the deal he made with me and tried to make me get something eles when at the point , I got a new product that worked , he got greedy if your trying to get a lecture on a product that didn't work , DONT GO !

Reasonable prices and convenient location for home goods and miscellaneous items for every day use this store has been here on western avenue for many years it used to be across from the SEARS building down the street and moved to its current location.

I’ve shopped here for years. Their home selection is good, although their furniture is overpriced for its quality. The main reason I’m posting a negative review is the manager (older, black hair, male) didn’t wear a face mask, so I kept my distance (while wearing a mask). I didn’t want to be the only (deemed crazy, entitled) person to call him out with his family/friends/customers around.Also, I didn’t want to interact more than needed. Later on I returned for one more item, he was eating right at the checkout stand. Usually I am not a stickler for eating when you’re hungry in your own private business, but not during a pandemic spread by air droplets. A second, younger cashier who helped was fortunately wearing a mask right next to him, but when I put in the wrong PIN he suggested ‘try a little slower.’ If I was rushing it was because my own safety was a priority. Annoyed that I was guilted into a compromising situation for careless, unsafe people.
