I love Coreology!I’ve been a few other mega reformer studios and they just don’t compare.The instructors are so nice and friendly and actually corrects your form! Big shoutout to Nicole, she’s the best!!10/10 would recommend!

Obsessssssssed! Between Nicole and Brett (two main instructors of this location) I promise they will torture muscles you didn't know you had, make you sweat in places you've never sweat before, and most importantly provide all the endorphins you need to want to come back again. There are both morning and evening classes. Highly recommend making reservations as there are only 10 reformers. The location does not always fill up but some of the class times tend to get fuller than other. There are a lot of USC students that come to the location and there is a student package deal that is offered for them as an incentive. For those that are not a student, you can expect $30/class or package deals. All can be purchased through the website but note that the DTLA location runs on a bit of a different system that the other locations. I had some issues with the initial sign up the staff and customer support were great at helping me fix my issues and get me on track. I work in The Row so I love the location but those that want to take advantage of this location, the parking structure provides free parking for your first two hours

This is my 5th week doing Coreology classes and I can't remember what I was doing without these classes! It's definitely a part of my routine now. There are so many different class times to choose from and payment packages very accommodating. Every instructor I've ever had it so amazing and kind. Even if I didn't see results (I do) I would still choose Coreology just for the fun atmosphere and the way I feel after each class . Ps Brett and Nichole are awsome

I took classes here before pandemic with Laura, she was the simply the best! Her classes were fun, challenging and her energy made you want to push yourself even more. I recently took class here for the first after pandemic, apparently this location only have 1 instructor during weekdays. I decided to give it a try if it's good, I was going to invest in monthly membership. My experience that day was horrible, the instructor was very cold, not saying hello or anything, I didn't even know she was the instructor. Normal work out instructors would wear work out gear to show you poses and look professional, this instructor wear a hoodie and a slide and the whole time she didn't show any good energy. When she correct my form a few time, she was very rude and rough about it. I ended up having bruises on my knees and arms the next day. Such a bad experience, will not return

I LOVE Coreology. It is such a great, condensed workout. The instructors are fantastic, the studio is beautiful, and I feel myself getting stronger every time I go!

Sarah, the owner of Coreology, is fantastic! She is an amazing instructor and very inspiring. Love that she is partnering up with other companies and Row DTLA to provide a few free workouts. You can see her passion! Love that she can keep up with the workouts as she is instructing too, I don’t know how she does it!
