David was super helpful. I’ve been all over town trying to find a specific wood flooring. Everyone sent me away with no answers. David figured out in 1 minute that the wood was discontinued and helped me match another flooring.

They never get back to you with an estimate after you've taken the time to go into their store, go through the samples and have someone come to your home to measure. Total waste of time.

Watch out! Do not shop here. I purchased flooring from a sample but was delivered a different and inferior product. This is known as bait and switch. The job site was 650 miles away and they twice delivered the wrong product--first sending me the floors belonging to Soho House, before sending me the knockoffs. Additionally they were a completely different thickness and this required a sizable investment to adjust for the thin product they delivered. They will not return phone calls nor address the problem, claiming the owner has cancer which, though very very sad, is why they ignore customer complaints. How sad to have to end up in court over dishonest business practices.

Linda is fantastic!! We installed new carpet in our house and couldn't be happier with it. EVERYTHING about our experience was positive and professional, just like all the other reviewers have said. We visited at her San Mateo office (you just need to call the CA office for an appointment) and it was very convenient.

Great experience getting carpet installed in a few bedrooms in our house. We had an issue with the carpet (not Contempo's fault) after installation, and Contempo worked with us and the manufacturer to go above and beyond and get this room re-installed for us with brand new carpet at no cost to us. Excellent customer service.

Worked with Marilyn on installing new carpet in our bedrooms. We were in a time crunch to get the carpet installed before our movers came with our large furniture. Marilyn made it happen and the carpet/installation was great!

Many thanks to richard for helping us with our remodel. We were updating the kitchens and baths in our home to increase the value. This location had the best selection. We had many options to choose from and chose a mid priced tile. As of today we have severa offers on our home and im certain its because of the update. They have free parking in the back in case you cant find on the street.
