Perched on the corner of our historical neighborhood, is a former auto mechanic lot that was recently leased by Conroy Commercial at a cut rate so they could create a corner lined with billboards that will invite nothing but graffiti. It’s incredibly disappointing, and a pretty disgusting cash grab that blights the neighborhood. Mind you, the mission on their website reads: “The best neighborhoods tell a story. Rich with history and texture, neighborhoods are the living, breathing characters in the plot of our daily lives.” A joke.

We have been in our commercial space for 6 months now and that would not have been possible without Conroy. Solid people and a great smooth leasing process for our incredible creative space. They negotiated perfectly for alterations we required and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for anyone seeking commercial space.
