Terrible service. I bought two dresses, one for me and one for my daughter. They did not have her size in the store so they had to order it, and mine did not fit so they called over a tailor from Fit2Me and he took my measurements in the store. The tailor said it would be $35 and that it would be done in a few hours, unfortunately it was already late so I told him if i could pick it up in 3 weeks (when I would also go pick up my daughters dress) and he said yes. I paid him right in the store, in front of the counter (where a camera points at), and he wrote me a ticket saying $35. When the 3 weeks pass I go to Fit2Me to pick up my dress, I hand the girl working the counter my ticket and she gives me my dress, but when I am about to leave with it, she tells me that I need to pay. I tell her that I already payed the tailor when he went to take my measurements at Conny's, but she says that on the ticket it doesn't say it was payed (which was my fault for trusting Conny's recommended tailor). I insisted that I had already paid, so she went to call the boy who had taken my measurements, I hoped maybe when he saw me he would remember, but nope. He told me that he doesn't take payment before tailoring (when he himself took the cash from my hand). I had to pay the $35 again because they would have kept my dress I had payed $200+ for if I didn't. When I went to pick up my daughter's dress from Conny's she tried it on again to see how it fit, but it was too big! The same woman who attended me the first time attended me again, and when she saw that the dress was big she said that she had told me last time that it would be like that, but in reality last time she had told me that the new size would fit perfectly. She then told me I would have to get it tailored, and when I told her the issues I had with Fit2Me she said that it wasn't her problem I paid double because it was a separate business (but she had recommended it)! I asked Conny to see the camera pointing right where I had given the tailor the money to show him that I had payed but she refused, also saying that it was not her problem! She also refused to refund or exchange it. So now I'm left $35 poorer, a loose dress, and a sad daughter.

This place is just great! We had a warm welcoming from Connys assistant. I didn’t catch her name but she gave excellent customer service. Makes you feel very comfortable and is very quick to help you get into dresses that fit your needs and sizes. I purchased my bridesmaids dress here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for elegance and budget friendly. Will be coming back for future occasions. Thank you Connys Dress.

I bought 8 bridesmaid dresses and I've been incredibly happy with my experience. Since my bridesmaids aren't in the area, I've had to make a few trips and a few exchanges. Conny and her staff have been super accommodating with the whole experience. Additionally, you can't beat her prices.

My daughter and i went in to multiple stores today looking for a prom dress and most had no interest in helping us. However we got excellent customer service at Connie’s and a great deal too on a beautiful prom dress. we couldn’t be happier.

Ask for Maria!She was immediately friendly and greeted me. Knew my correct size within minutes of looking at me. When I finally tried the size she suggested it fit like a glove! She was able to show me the various colors the dress came in and other similar dress styles. The turnaround for the tailoring and pick up was crazy fast!The woman at the cash register with the pink lipstick was complaining about the store loudly in front of customers. It made me uncomfortable the negative energy that created as someone just coming for the first time (Edit: I came in to purchase my Wedding Dress). Maria kept her cool and stayed 100% focused on the customers. That woman can learn from her professionalism.I just had to publicly thank her for being such a star today. I didn't select a dress from here but they certainly made an impression!

My friend and I came to LA to look for a special event dress, went to one shop first and then went to conny's. The ladies were busy but as soon as someone helped use she was able to show me a few dresses and answer my questions. I picked one, tried it on, and even had a seamstress come in and take measurements for alterations. Will forever recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you Conny and staff

As a high school senior, I was really stressed out about finding a prom dress that suited me well. I was able to find the perfect dress with the help of the nice ladies there. They told me the dress looked amazing on me and it made me buy it. The ladies there were really supportive and nice about the whole experience. Conny really does know how to make her customers happy. I was really satisfied with the service and the overall environment there! Highly recommend this spot if you want to find a good dress at a good price :)

My daughter and i were shopping for prom dresses. Many of the stores we went into only allowed us to try on 2 dresses, had no one there to help us, or were super expensive. Eunice helped us today - a sunday during prom season - and she was super helpful and patient. They gave us a great deal too!!! Thank you

Went to shop around for a bridesmaid dress everywhere didn't have the sage green dress I was looking for decided to go in to connys so glad I did I found my dress. Couldn't be more then happy with the best prize I was given by all the stores I went too. I found the right dress and size the best part was I got my dress in 20 mins ....Thank you so much recommending everyone who is also looking here.
