I went insane and reached out to over 10+ people realizing most were pulling from the same lists and unable to access the stones I wanted.There was a very select few stones that met the criteria I wanted (perfect color, unseeable flaws, not too wide for a thin finger, no bow, etc). Dan blew the search out of the park by not only finding the ring I wanted, but bringing it to me along with a couple other close comparisons. He accommodated my schedule, worked with me and even gave me the VIP treatment of having someone fly to me. He helped design the ring exactly how I wanted it even pushing me in areas and now I see why. Wouldn’t have had it any other way.Now 6 months after, Dan is still in contact and there when I need him. His team is great and very attentive. I look forward to a family full of purchases and am proud to call him our family Jewler.Could not have had a better experience.

Words will not do the experience justice. Dan and his team are a zero pressure and extremely knowledgeable. The ring came out perfectly and in the exact time frame he promised and was hand delivered. If you are looking for the perfect person to buy from, Concierge Diamonds is that place.

Couldn't be happier with my experience working with Dan and the team! From start to finish they were fast, responsive, and incredibly helpful. My fiancée loves her ring and we couldn't be more pleased. Dan has tremendous expertise. Through the whole design process he and the team genuinely listened to what I was looking for, but always steered me in the right direction. I really recommend working with Dan. I wasn't sure what to expect with the engagement ring process, but Dan demystified the whole thing and made it very approachable. Absolutely love the ring!

I was on a mission to find the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée and feel so lucky to have found Dan, Aubrey, and the rest of their team. I was searching for a pear diamond, and liked Dan’s frank communication style, clear passion in his work, and willingness to share his knowledge with me. In our meeting, he had a wide array of options for me to pick from, thoroughly walked me through each one, and even taught me how to look for any inclusions myself with a loop. I’d also done a solid amount of research of my own beforehand, as many people do, and thought that his prices were quite reasonable.After we finalized the stone selection and setting, I was placed in the care of Aubrey, who did a great job helping me figure out the finer details of the ring design, while keeping me updated every step of the way during the production process. From start to finish, the whole process took around 6 weeks. They gave me peace of mind in an otherwise stressful process, which I appreciated. The ring came out absolutely stunning!

I spoke with Dan online with regards to a purchase I made through another dealer I was nervous about. He was extremely reassuring and helpful and made me feel better and less anxious about my experience with the other jeweller even though it appears I could have got a much better deal through Dan. I approached Dan in the beginning of June after some delay issues with Blue Niles, which, to this day, I still feel so lucky that it had not been otherwise. Dan was very responsive, patient and knowledgable on guiding me to choose visually the best diamond at the naked eye level within my budget. His team offered me a free temporary ring shown in the figure below which looks nice and solid nonetheless. I got the ring in the beginning of July and the entire process was through email and phone as I lived in the east coast. I hope one day I can visit their LA site in person!

Had a fantastic experience working with Dan and his team to craft the perfect engagement ring for my longtime partner. For our first meeting, Dan had ready a wide array of different styles of diamond in the cut I'd requested (an elongated cushion); he even whipped together a whole new batch of options after I panicked and changed my mind on the one we'd gone with. His team was extremely communicative; they very helpfully provide a 3D rendering of your design before sending it to production, a step that helped me identify a couple small tweaks that I wanted to make. Dan and his team managed to accomplish everything in under 6 weeks, from my initial outreach to the delivery of the finished piece. The proposal went seamlessly and my partner and I could not be more thrilled with the finished piece. It truly is a bespoke piece of jewelry with the perfect diamond. Dan is fantastic!

My fiance and i went to Concierge Diamonds in Downtown LA and had an amazing experience. I got a beautiful 2.01 ct H SI1 Natural oval diamond with 1.58 ratio on a size 3.5 finger. I got it in rose gold low profile prong pave. They even added our birth stones on 2 sides inside the ring. My fiance compares the experience to a wine tasting due to how thorough it was. We got to see a lot of oval diamonds and were able to look at each stone with our magnifying glass tool and also in different lighting options. The purchasing process was easy and pretty seamless, we chose the design and specs of the ring the same day we came in for the viewing (04.22) and then approved the 3d rendering of the ring through email (05.06) and then my fiance picked it up at (05.26). Super happy with how it turned out and the craftsmanship is top notch!
