Computer Plus is my absolutely place to go with all of my possible future computer issues ?? Used their services twice, both times it was very professional and very quick. Their pricing is super reasonable, I would pay more if they would accept. Long story short - you can trust this place, they saved me again ???. And overall guys are very friendly and polite - friends forever

This store refuses entry unless you have a vaccination card. You can not enter. They are so afraid of Covid they refuse customers. They have gone further than any business Ive seen in Los Angeles. Mask is required...ok.. But refusing service without vax is too much! Im vaxxed but i cant stand the racist segregation as if unvaxxed are lower class and cant get service. Thats too far. I have bought things here before and will never go again

The desktop I bought here two years ago broke down, so I went to get it fixed, but they said I had to throw it away because they couldn't fix it. I was outraged and protested, asking where the computer was being thrown away after two years of use, but he got angry and raised his voice. They said it wasn't my responsibility... I only used YouTube, StarCraft, and writing documents...

After having my product here for a month this is the result:(Before that the product was perfectly fine just couldn't charge no crack no nothing)-Does not tell any progress-Never calls you first-Said it will take about a week but ever time I call them they extended it a month, I could not take it anymore so I asked them if they can fix it or not and to please call us.-Told us they can not fix it so pick it up-We eventually asked our relatives if they could fix it and what we found out was pretty shocking.They broke the screen and made it not able to work and when we paid the fee they did not tell us anything about it.We basically paid money for nothing and as a result a broken productSo overall if you want your stuff to get F up go for it!
