I met Kevin Sung and Jie Chung for my IRA rollover but Kevin Sung gave me a wrong information on Wednesday 10/04/2023. Therefore, I should visit COMERICA bank two more times and the other bank too. Yesterday, Friday I0/06/2023, it was my third (actually fourth) visit time to the Bank. I arrived 2:30pm for our appointment on time and I met Mr. Chung. I asked him to see Mr. Sung but he said Mr. Sung was out of the bank for his lunch. However, Mr. Sung was in the bank since he met another customer 2 minutes later and Mr. Chung joined them too a few minutes later.PS: Mr. Sung smoked or has smoked cigarettes inside building parking lot many years even though many people don’t like it.Written by Seong Shin, founder and sole owner of restaurant ROLL roll Roll (r3) since 2011.

Friendly staff but if you do online banking then absolutely horrible! If you move money around dont use Comerica. The worst technology. Log ins dont work. You cant view checks. IT doesnt know how to fix any online issues. Just setting up bill pay is a nightmare and I'm very good at banking being a 20 year mortgage vet myself. I cant warn clients enough STAY AWAY from Comerica. The online experience and phone app is absolute GARBAGE

Literally, the worst bank in all of california. The main manager over there, i don't know his name but he wears glasses is the worst person to ever talk with. He doesn't give an explanation to any questions i had and gave me the worst attitude and told me to get out of his bank when i kept asking him a question. The teller, Mina told me information that i will not disclose to the public that when i asked again gave me a totally different answer as compared to the first one. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS BANK. I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A BANK. THE WORST BANK EVER

Kevin the branch manager in k-town on Wilshire and Hobart branch was not professional at all. I’ve never been to a bank that treats their customers in such unprofessional manners. Potential new customers out there !! Please be aware of that you ought to know this is not a proper and trustworthy branch to deal with as long as the guy like Kevin is working as a manager.

This is the best Comerica Bank out of a total of 4 that I have visited. The customer service is very good. The teller Dolores is very attentive. Although the ATM machines and phone customer service is lacking, the inside banker and teller service is really good. Once again this is for the Koreatown Comerica Bank.

I sincerely hope you never have the misfortune of having to deal with this bank. My mother was recently diagnosed with dementia, and now requires long term care in a nursing home. About 10 years ago she had a document drawn up naming me power of attorney. Since that time i have moved 4 times and been homeless once for a week. If you want to know how horrible this bank really is call customer service and tell them you have a problem with the account and they will give you a different number to call, and then when you call that number those people will give you another number to call and then you come back to the same people who gave a different number to call the first time around. There is no excuse, this bank is not as packed as the other banks, BofA , Wells and Chase. There is no excuse for them to be trying to be like a robot and act like you reached the wrong department every time you call. Stay clear away from them and go with another bank. Their small bank appearance is deceiving. Don't get sucked into believing that they will provided good friendly customer services, because they will not. .

I love it every time I go I'm greeted with a warm smile and by my name. The tellers very efficient, courteous, and even go out of their way to try to help you out, but that's not the best, to me its really that they treat you with respect and are honest even when the answer or result its not on your favor. No Bull, I can appreciate that.
