Very unwelcoming and rude service. From the second you enter worker was immediately annoyed, said the 3 images I wanted to print was too complicated and went off. He snapped rudely and went off. Highly don’t recommend.

Refused to print my work i needed for an upcoming art show, said it was too offensive after being a returning customer and then mistook me for someone else and said I’ve never been to his shop before which was rude in my eyes

We had several last minute print jobs for an event, and Color & Copy Downtown provided the best rates with the fastest turnaround times. I was impressed with the high quality of the printing and the service provided by the team. We would happily work with them again.

I had relatively small quantity color booklet print and staple job that had to be completed by the end of the day. I first went to Staples, where, after quoting more than $400 for the job and spending about 15 minutes trying to print me a sample (which was never printed correctly after several attempts), I was informed that it would be more than $500 to be able to have my booklets ready that day. I of course balked and searched for nearby alternatives. My next stop was another shop near Color & Copy, who told me they would be happy to do it, but my job was not their specialty and I could probably have it done on time for a lower price at Color & Copy down the block.Color & Copy was very accommodating. I was served without a wait, and they did my job perfectly, with minimal guidance from me other than a black & white sample, and they called me as soon as it was ready to be picked up, which was well before their closing time. Best of all, they charged me far, far less for a higher quality result than Staples quoted me or would have produced.I know I will be stopping at Color & Copy first for my next print job.

They have nice equipment. Prints are of excellent quality. Scanners have nice resolution, too. The owner is also friendly.

This company has pretty much the worse customer service that I've ever experienced... I waited to be served 8 mins... Only to get ignored and later told when I finally had enough waiting without acknowledgement "Can you wait." They are cheap printing but ethically the manager at this particular place has 0 customer service. Do better...

Fantastic service! I went there initially for some fliers and they did a great job. I was surprised they were actually less expensive and faster than other shops in town. A few days later I had a situation arise where I needed additional fliers done in one day. Kim and his team literally did the job while I waited and it was perfect. 300 fliers finished in maybe 30 minutes. I was shocked. I had fully expected to have to drive back at the end of the day but nope, it was amazing. In the same trip I also needed clear stickers printed as the displays I ordered from China for a trade show the next day were all missing a central image. Kim was able to print my image to test it, enlarge, lighten, reprint, retest, and then printed out what I needed. We cut them out and they looked perfect! No one knew it was faked, it was absolutely incredible. Again, this was all completed (including the above mentioned 300 fliers) in about 45 minutes. And for a completely reasonable price. No surge charging for the ultra rush. I highly recommend Color & Copy for your next print job. Truly amazing! Thank you again guys!
