The process for getting my server into colocation was easy. Initially this was a lab server, which became a production server. The few times I needed to summon support to get console access via their KVM over IP, were good experiences. Support responded promptly. Eventually, I needed to bring the server back on premises for reasons that had nothing to do with Colocation America. The character of a good business is often seen when it's time to cease usage of the service. The process of cancelling my account and having my server returned to me was quick and painless. Should I have the need to put another server in colocation, Colocation America will be my provider of choice.
