I FELL IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!DUE TO FAULTY WHEELS ON THE BASKET, WHICH THEY QUICKLY TOOK OUT OF ROTATION. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS OF CALLING NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK!!!!!!!

As if my day wasn't bad enough already, I was robbed when I tried exchanging my $20 for coins on the coin machine, only to receive $5. I reported it to a worker there and they told me to contact the phone number on the wall, which resulted in no answers or solutions. Reading these reviews leads me to believe that this is a recurring issue with the employees and the manager of this specific site. I recommend going elsewhere. I only came here to wash because the washer and dryer on-site were down and it's the closest place from my home. I've been here before and this is the first time I've ever encountered any issues.

Did not return money from a wash bad customer service asked to speak with supervisor denied request I would give less Starz if possible washer are over priced area not safe

Came here once. This crackhead started knocking down ppls stuff off the washing machines and kept trying to talk to me. He kept coming in and out of the laundromat. This old creepy man kept trynna holler at me. Never coming back

The bad thing is that they don't allow you to put coins in the bathroom when those of us who are washing want to go in because there are almost no staff who work all the time.
