Terrible! High washing prices for decades old machines. Floors were disgusting, so don’t accidentally drop anything unless you want to wash it again. Dryers are terrible. Should have read the other bad reviews before finally walking out with a bag of wet clothes to dry at home.

Terrible experience. Dirty, flooded floors. Tried 6 different dryers and none of them worked past Luke warm. Worker refused to address the issue.

This place is horrible every time I came here there was a problem the change machine doesn't work or the dryers don't get hot and take your money. The lady that works here is very rude I asked for here help with the machine and she brushed me off by saying "me no money" which I didn't understand why she could help me with a solution to the problem or even just apologizing and putting a out of order sign up. Very disappointing place don't waste your money.

Very rude customer service. The machines DO NOT work. They don't accommodate you if your clothes are completely dry coming out of the WASHING MACHINE. The lady who works there was prejudice and racist . She assumes you are starting "trouble" if you ask for your $5.50 back. I literally had the worst experience ever here and it was only my first time coming. Not only do I not recommend but I've already contact the BBB because the lady who works there told me , verbatim "Our regulars know which machines work and which ones don't, you should've asked. Not my fault. " Unacceptable.

I typically don't go to the laundromat as I have a washer and dryer at home, but I wanted to get everything done at once. One of the washers took my money and never turned on. Most of the dryers weren't working and there was no attendant anywhere to be found. I had to file a complaint on their website and no one ever reached out to me to rectify the situation
