I am a designer they conned into their service. They ended up stealing my life's work and selling it off cheap at their sample sale. I did everything I could to get my dear pieces returned and at every turn was lied to and tricked. Dangerous thieves.

Absolute worst experience i have ever experienced. They seriously just after your money. Maybe if your a very high paying client they will give it their all. At the start they had some progress but after a while we didnt receive any updates, any content or placings anymore for over a large percentage of our year together. Also they made several mistakes and also sent us back items that didnt even belong to us (other brand) after sending several emails and another feedback email to Michelle the owner we never received an answer. Highly unprofessional, and as a small company truly such a disappointing experience. Dont waste your money or energie

Hi Lucy, Last three days I have been trying to reach out to you about the last invoice. I left messages, sent emails but you did not get back to me. Our contract will be over in a few days and we paid everything on time. I have all the bank receipts. Suddenly you added a $75 late fee on our last invoice and you did not even make an explanation about it. Please call me asap. We paid thousands of dollars last ten months and we made all our payments on time. Would you please call us about this late fee? I am writing in your Google page with a hope that maybe it will help us to get some response. Thanks

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PR ANYTHING!!! They are a fraud and will f*** you over just to take your money! Specifically watch out for Michelle.. WORST customer service I have ever received! If you use them I promise you will regret it and never see your money or PR services like they promised! Sad people like this are aloud to provide a "service" to anyone! So rude, so unprofessional and do NOT care about there customers! DON'T SAY I HAVEN'T WARNED YOU!

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO not WORK WITH THEM AT ALL COST. I had looked at the review previously posted, and then their Instagram not believing what was reviewed or written was true. Like very true. Here's a summary: 1. Poor management and communication straight-up lying and avoiding issues. 2. No updates on work progress other than invoice and payment collection, much like a scam or a fraud that you have contractually signed up to SCAM FOR MONEY 3. All you will be doing is paying them, with no results of which they promised by lying to all clients. SCAM FOR MONEY 4. Fight clients with contracts and threatens clients to stay as well as writing bad of all clients through other social media and PR, trying to destroy their reputation. 5. CEO is terrible since all of this is actually directly by Michelle herself. 6. All you get is a ledger of what they "did" with zero evidence (pretty much has a list of names of the celebrity + images of your product). Yea, that is it nothing more, something anyone off the streets could have done. I have dealt with Michelle directly, she's terrible pretty much evil, pushing and bullying clients. 7. ZERO results for the entire year as suggested by everyone else here. 8. Charges shipping at high rates and did not get consent for such service, also unable to provide tracking. ALSO SCAM FOR MONEY 9, Stay away at all costs. Didn't realized even employees did not like the environment. How would the client? 10. Their Instagram is fake. nothing there is real, period.

If I could give CLD no stars I would do that in a heart beat. We hired them last year to service our brand and they delivered zero results and were absolutely horrible to work with. They have the typical "PR" high pitched voices claiming to be working so hard "behind the scenes" and don't deliver anything. Their business reps who try and secure the accounts and contracts talk a big game of how amazing they are and how much they will deliver but they don't even communicate on a weekly basis, you won't know anything going on with your account but you will see the monthly fees come out on time. STAY FAR AWAY! DO NOT HIRE THEM!

I tried to intern here and they made me do dirty work like clean the floors, furniture, plates, etc. Didn't do anything valuable or learn anything. For clients coming in to borrow clothes, they pack the clothes for you by throwing all the shoes in one bag and cramming a lot of delicate clothes into one duffle bag.

Our company hired CLD PR to promote our brand, which already has a serious media footprint. Oddly they all act like they are doing "big stuff", when you inquire they have nothing to show and nothing ever materializes. They are quick to grab your money and deliver zero. Stay well clear of these guys, they may have clothes and stylists but as publicists, they are Charlatans.
