Orders 5000 ice cola puffs rechargeable and received 2000 disposable and called company for return and said will sent email with return label and kept called again coz never received email and can't get thru the phone.

Gave these guys a try because their website said they have my peach pear juice head. I ordered 4 bottles of peach pear on 01/08/23. Didn't get it I til 01/19/23 from some obscure delivery service. Although it showed up. it was the wrong stuff. When I called to ask what happened the guy's phone was in and out. Couldn't understand him. Be careful ordering from them. I asked for a refund and am returning the items. Let's see how long it takes to get the refund, stay tuned.??♀️

Took one week to get a response regarding wrong items sent in my order. Nic level and flavors didn't match 2 of 3 bottles of juice. When I finally received a response all they said was, "We don't have another flavor so if you don't like please return we will refund your money." Would of been nice to know before shipment or even before payment was accepted they did not have what I ordered. Instead, they accepted payment, did not send any messages saying, hey we're going to send these bottles instead of what you ordered. No offer of return shipping cost or anything. Basically, Wrong order, Long response time, like what we give you or spend more money to return it. No go!

I ordered some vape batteries. Never got them. Took forever to reach somebody. They finally said they don't have them in stock and would refund me. Never refunded me. Trying to dispute now through my credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

1 star due to the fact that they didn't have my order ready when they sent an email saying it was. They also didn't have the items I ordered so I had to make a compromise and get whatever else they had. Customer service wasn't the best, I had mentioned when someone orders something they expect to get what they order. The man behind the counter simply told me the person picking the order wasn't all there in the head. That didn't really make anything better, in fact it made things seem more unprofessional. So I don't need to spend money here again and wanted to warn others to think twice if they are thinking about going to this shop. You might get the same treatment. Also when I got home I noticed one of the bottles was past the expiration date with a broken seal. I should have checked harder but just wanted to get my stuff and go. That's not right no matter how you put it.

Impossible to get a hold of. I ordered 6 bottles of 3mg juice and they sent me 6 bottles of 6mg juice. No one answers their phone or replies back to emails.
