City of Stars Collision Center doesn't even deserve one star! HORRIBLE & TRAUMATIC experience.
They spent more than a week to provide a repair estimate and the rates they gave were SO high that my insurance company determined the car was a total loss after approving it for a repair. City of Stars Collision Center also charged $250 per day while they were working on the estimate .... They charged us more than $4,000. When I informed them that I would keep my car, the made the process extremely complicated.
I would NEVER go back to that shop!

I brought my X5 into the shop after it was side swiped, and the next thing I knew the body shop called me that my car is ready. Andy was incredible and made the whole process simple and efficient. I did not have any headaches throughout and received a clean car that was professionally repaired.

I have never had such a convenient experience at a body shop in my life. They worked with my insurance company to get all my repairs covered and even got me in a great rental car. They finished the repairs on my car in a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier with the results. Getting into an accident is not a pleasant experience obviously, but the people at City of Stars made it just about as good as it can be.

City of Stars is awesome. Customer service is in their DNA and they are a wonderful ally in fighting for your rights against the insurance company. Andy is their go-to manager and a wonderful human being. I'm so happy I found them, they restored my Range Rover back to factory new.
