The representatives here seem more uptight than most other City Nationals I've been to, which can lead to less than pleasant experiences. However, the free valet parking is really convenient for Downtown L.A.

The elderly female teller I interacted with this afternoon, had rather poor communication/people skills. She was quite passive aggressive, and seemed reluctant to accept my U.S Passport and bank card as suitable forms of identification. Aside from that she muttered something about having anxiety(?) Before leaving, she asked me to remove my mask and then just stared into my eyes. I found this strange, as I'd already put my passport away, and there was nothing for her to compare my uncovered face to. I was able to successfully cash my check, but the entire ordeal was just uncomfortable, and seemingly micro aggressive. I should've bit the bullet, and went to Bank of America instead.

If I could leave a 0 star I would! so disrespectful I’ve been on hold for half an hour and they answered and hung up on me then tried calling back just to be on hold even longer with no response from them the least they could of done was answered the first time.

Located in the small building under Gensler between Drago Centro and Chaya restaurants. You can always use one of the two ATMs located right outside of the branch entrance. I remember before that you can walk right in. You now have to be buzzed in to enter the branch. I used to come here all the time for work deposits. Even after being closer to a different branch, I still like coming to this one because I could park right in front of the giant orange fountain statue in the courtyard. This only happens really late at night because it is really a loading only zone. Everyone is really nice here but it is probably coming in here so much. I was also able to exchange money with no fees for upcoming trips. Which is really awesome.I don't know who created this listing because I guess I have been checking into the plaza and not the branch location. I hope the construction at the Bunker Hill branch finishes soon as that seems so inconvenient walking through the construction maze. Until that happens, this location is still convenient for me because it works for me.

Expect awful customer service. Refused to open a simple checking account for zero reason at all. Please avoid Matt Hernandez and his “manager” at all costs. Not to worry, there are other legitimate banks nearby that will gladly do business. Feel free to avoid these fools.

I went in the Flower and Wilshire I have never experienced so much racism. My dad had to cash in a $200 personal check he got as a bonus. Had us waiting for 1hour sweeping us up and down because we were mexicans Awful experience shame on them!!
