I hate the service on this bank , it's only good for the people that have tones of money , but for me that unfortunately is the bank of my paycheck and is the only way that I can cashed , the process is a pain and the long wait just to get the money that I own

I'm so HAPPY that I don't have to drive to Beverly Hills to get this type of banking. Customer service is EXCELLENT !!!! Yes I did open an account with City National Bank 3739 S. Crenshaw Blvd. in Los Angeles, Ca 90016. I was in banking for over 20 years & I know when a bank's priority is the CUSTOMER . You don't feel rush when you are at the bank, they take the time that is need to help you.
