Purchased a home recently and was forced to do a cash buyout because City National Bank failed to meet our escrow deadline on two separate occasions. I had to extend escrow twice, and still, they could not close before the escrow closing. I highly recommend not working with Gonzalo Lizzaraga. He was all talk, and did not follow through on his promises.
I wish I had just gone with a big bank and not dealt with this level of headache.
Avoid at all costs.

If i could give you 7 stars I would! 1 for each hour you are open during the day. Closing at 4pm is so convenient and who wants to get anything done before 9am. Thanks City National!
