This location has been a great addition to the neighborhood since its origin. The friendly and knowledgeable staff provide for a nice experience time and time again. There is a nice size warehouse space for storing items while you shop and prepare your shipments for consolidation.

Super high shipping prices, I thought they had a better rating but no. I sent a package that they charged me $50 and I quoted with UPS it cost me $31. I do not recommend this place!

In the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic they gave our customer a quote 4 times the normal rate and when asked what was up with the severe price gouging and was given no reason other than "because of coronavirus". After a call to a supervisor, my customer was given a new quote of twice the normal rate. Shame on this company to price gouge during a time like this. I've been referring City Business Shipping to my customers for three years now, but after this I'll be looking for other alternatives.
