As an old fashioned business owner, I am most always aware of my surroundings, especially when at our bank in West Los Angeles. We not only have our business accounts there, but all of our personal accounts as well. I know what a great customer source looks and feels like and this branch goes above and beyond it. They greet us like family. I'm always personally welcomed, as is my husband and even our dog on occasion. When needed, Marcelo, our branch manager, gives us his undivided attention and support.
Perhaps my review will bring notice to those looking for superb service and an atmosphere that leaves the customer knowing their accounts are safe and well looked after.
Our community is so pleased that Marcelo Carrasco was assigned to be the manager of our branch. Marcelo has transformed our bank into not only one that is a pleasure to visit, but a bank that is efficient, knowledgeable and always ready to attend to one's needs.

I would give this location a 10 star review if I could single handedly because of it's branch manager: Marcelo Carrasco. He went above and beyond to get my account unlocked when I was unable to verify my number with the fraud department.

Citibank - Rancho Park Branch is hands down the best bank in West Los Angeles. Under the direction and management of Marcelo, the bank is an exemplary example of professionalism, courtesy and superb customer service. His entire team, including Gina, Andrew, Eduardo, and Crystal (I know I missing some names and I truly apologize) are simply incredible. This branch truly cares about the community and treats its customers as if they were “family”. I can’t imagine banking anywhere else. A+++++++++++++.

My interaction with Georgina Mis was utterly unsatisfactory. Not only did she display a blatant disregard for my concerns, but her dismissive attitude made me feel undervalued as a new client. It was evident that they were more interested in meeting sales targets than providing genuine assistance. Her incompetence and lack of empathy were glaringly evident throughout our interaction. Steer clear of this banker if you value professionalism and respect in your banking relationships.
