“Coinhub Bitcoin ATM was inside of this store. I tried other machines but this one allowed be to purchase my bitcoin instantly and I received my bitcoin after 30 minutes of waiting for my APP wallet confirmation. I got a text receipt right away when I put my cash in the machine which showed the blockchain transaction id so I knew it was coming to my bitcoin wallet. Good experience with this Coinhub company for bitcoin atms.”

“Great service and very friendly. There is an ATM in front of the bank facing Washington Blvd, but you must enter the actual bank on the back side of the building.”

“Cheapest gas in L.A.... just pumped premium gas at $4.24 a gallon... when all the other gas stations are at $5.29 or more for premium. Plus it has a 7/11 store.. only bad part is that it is always packed”

“The Japanese Village is one of those places that you need to visit at least once. Weekends are are always packed and you get to see some very interesting people and attire. It can be overwhelming at times but entertaining nonetheless. There are two bakeries and the pastries and breads are always fresh. Lots of little restaurants to choose from so take your time and walk around and check the menus first. Whichever you pick, it will be delicious. The grocery store is filled with unique produce so make sure to check it out.”

“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”

“We love coming to this bank (Burbank) branch especially you always get exclusive service that even private banks don't/can't offer! Karo the manager and Caroline are the biggest asset to this bank, they ALWAYS go out of their way to make sure no customer leaves disappointed. I would never ever think about banking with another bank! Save your worries and open a account here you will NOT be disappointed.”

“I only bank at this Wells Fargo branch. it is by far the best Wells Fargo branch around. they just know how to deal with customers on a very professional level rather than the impersonal treatment at some other branches. Manager Jen is very efficient and helpful. Teller Josie is great and always helps me with such kindness and explains everything so well to me. Nic Pons, my banker is absolutely terrific. and I do not know what I would do if I didn't have Nic to service my accounts. Yes, expect longer wait times since less staff but that is happening everywhere -- this is a part of modern reality. When it is your turn, you will be treated with respect and given great service. I never have to wait that long in line despite less staff now than they had pre-pandemic.”

“I think the Burbank Costco is the largest in size of all the Costco in the LA area. I try to go close to the opening time on the weekends but the parking lot is always full upon arrival. I figure there are less traffic on the weekends since most are not commuting for work. You can save money from buying in bulk & see what are the promotional sale items. Being a single bachelor, I don't need to buy food in bulk. Their produce offerings are of not of great value as I can get good prices from my local markets. I stock up on toilet papers, paper towels & their coconut water when a Costco trip is planned. I was told Tues & Wed mornings are the least busy during the week so will try next time to see if it is true. Love their easy return policy but hate the long checkout lines. As far as parking, it is all about luck!”

“V Nails never disappoints. Always accommodating when making an appointment, friendly staff, clean space, decent prices and most importantly talented nail techs. I recommend always making an appointment because it's an extremely busy salon.”

“I came here last week with wanting to close an account made 25 years ago... I went to another branch & they weren't able to do it, so I came to this location. Robert is the BEST. Robert helped me out SO much. The manager, Eva was fantastic too. I was very happy with my service & I will come back to this branch whenever I need any more help.”

“I really like the atmosphere of this location. The employees are also super helpful. Special thanks to Syuzanna for pushing back her lunch in order to take the time to help me open a checking and savings account. She was amazing through the whole process and is really and asset to Citi!”

“The man who assisted me with my issue wasn't that welcoming to me as a new account holder but the fact that he was patient and walked me through the steps I needed to do I am grateful. I hope that I never have to go into the bank to handle my business due to the online account feature because of him showing me how to do it and that's why I am giving it 5 stars.”

“This review is long overdue -- Albert Magat has been so helpful to me over the years that I followed him to this branch when he moved locations. I've received exceptional customer service when I needed to make changes to my bank account. There was another helpful account manager who helped me out when Albert was out sick, but I can't remember his name. Regardless, both these representatives, along with their manager who coincidentally is also named Albert, deserve kudos for their five-star service.”

“The pump gas station wasn't able to read my card -- I'm visiting from another country -- but the person in charge (a very kind old man) approached us to help us and managed get through. Very helpful staff.”

“This is the only Citibank in La Canada. The next closest location is in La Cresenta. Use the parking lot in back. Do not park on the lot on the East side as it belongs to the restaurant next door. There is only one ATM out front with a loading zone parking on the street. There is also a car charging station out front.”

“What a great experience we had at this branch today. If you want to open an account ask or make an appointment with Damien Vargas. He is so friendly and down to earth. Answered all our questions and was so patient. He even gave us information on credit cards and how I can same money on current credit cards I have. Will definitely be going back and recommending this branch for any banking needs. Never felt rushed or intimidated.”
