worst bank I've ever dealt with. They freeze your account and don't let you use your debit card because of fraud and when you verify account activity the card stays frozen. worst experience I've ever had with a bank. chase is better

I called in regarding opening business and personal accounts. I spoke with a woman who told me that they accepted walkins. I went to the location on Sepulveda and La Tijera in Inglewood CA and was turned away by a representative who stated that they do not accept walkins . Not a credible group to deal with. A waisted of time. Poor customer service and incompetent. I would not recommend this location.

My favorite bank and location. When I was getting robbed of my account, they told me how to get it back together in one piece. Ms. Aranda is my favorite banker.

On Tuesday May 31, 2022 my husband and I visited the bank close to closing so close that we were with the exception of a gentleman at the desk one of the last customers to leave the bank. We initially went in to discuss foreign currency exchange and things were going well but I needed to make sure it was worth me opening an account to leave $1,500 sitting on a daily basis. The young lady helping us asked about our current banking and I then explained to her that I was a veteran and banked with mostly military bank/credit unions. She was nice enough to have us speak with a teller who explained the exchange rate and currency and was very, very helpful. Here is where the one star comes in and if I could they would not get that. We then left the bank and made our way to the next destination Home Depot, when making purchases I need my phone to scan the bar code for the military discount, I thought my phone was left in the car after checking a 2nd phone's gps I realized it was left at the bank and as I stated the bank was literally closed when we left. As we were approaching the door there were two employees going to the parking lot, thank God for her, she was very, very helpful her colleague not so much, you could tell he was very irritated and he walked in circles eating his apple. She on the other hand made a phone call to someone in the bank to let them know where I'd left my phone and because a customer was at the teller she handed me my phone. My headset was also with the phone and I did not get it back. I left messages regarding the headset and the next day my husband called about it. Normally, this would not be such a big deal, but if you go back to the beginning I mentioned I am a veteran and I have hearing issues amongst other things that I battle daily. My headset was a bone conduction headset because that is how I hear best, the fact that the person in the bank who got my phone kept the headset makes the entire bank look bad, they were both together and he should have given them both to the young lady in the lobby. You have to know that there will be no good that comes from thievery, and it is really sad that he found it okay to keep the item. I don't use my disabilities as a crutch because I made the decision to serve my country and I have zero regrets of doing so, but I would like to think that people would have just a smidgen of integrity if I came for my phone then whey did you not give me back my head set. And this is why I bank with the branches that treat service members with dignity and honor. Not a good look Citibank employee, not a good look!

Rude and couldn't accommodate me the other day to get a deposit box. I didn't realize a ten minute thing was an inconvenience when it was literally empty with one customer in here . I'll go elsewhere

How outrageous for you to temporarily close the Westchester branch with safe deposit boxes. I have received no notification. I am glad my wife did not keep her passport there as she has to travel abroad soon. How hard is it to keep a bank open even with COVID -19.? You have glass shields.and other banks have remained open as essential services especially with safe deposit boxes I am so disappointed in Citibank Customer service

I received slow and poor service at the cashier window so I spoke with the Head Teller regarding the situation, then she became very rude and defensive. I've held an account at the same Citibank for a couple of years and have been on the verge of leaving for some time now. That's good Wells Fargo and B of A is nearby.

This bank has won awards for 'Top Customer Service,' for a reason. Their simplest products to their more complicated offers are very clear; flexible; and honest, above all. This is a very honest bank; you do not feel any pressure here. The tellers and full-service bankers do not treat their job like a car salesman trying to make commission. They truly care. This particular location has a secure, indoor, 24/7 ATM machine. Just insert your CitiBank debit card in the door. I appreciate this business and all it's associates to the utmost & strongly encourage you all to open an account here. They do not advertise much but believe it or not there are tons of branch locations as well as official ATM's in nearly every CVS statewide.
