If you don't have a Citibank account, don't accept checks from your clients. On top of that, don't change it at any agency, where they change it for you, they see you as if you had stolen the check, because it is always empty...che pedorro bank

Just opened an account with these people 3 days ago...they sent me an email asking to make a deposit..I deposited $2500...a day later they froze my account.I called them and a lady who barely spoke English answered, her tone and manner was that of a robot. I couldn't understand what she was telling me. She puts me on hold for almost an hou then this other guy gets on the phone and mumbles something like "we sent you a letter I have to hang up now" I did some research online and these people freeze accounts left and right...I don't know when I will be able to get my money back.

I don't know why but every time I come into the ELA branch of Citibank there always seems to be just one taller with many customers waiting in line. I don't know if it's segregated by the make up of the community but I believe there should be something done about it.

Citibank fraud dept.is absolute mess .I've updated my profile info with my branch and some other dept with fraud telephone number but when I get transferred to another fraud dept ..same call keep in mind they don't have my updated info. So my account has been blocked for three weeks and I have to wait for letter with reference number going to my old address can't withdraw money in person and I'm going in circles so frustrated I cry just talking them .I can't close my account iether .I just can't get to my money .meanwhile all notices are still coming in .car note way past due thier system is down right stupid .how one department has new info and dept .I need to unblock it don't ..I hate Citibank I recommend don'tDONT BANK WITH THIS BANK .ONE DEPT .DONT KNOW WHAT OTHER DEPT .DOES ..SO UNPROFFESSIONAL .if I get upset they hang up on me ....

This branch never pick up their phones, I was calling for over an hour and always got the message saying the employees of that branch are currently busy.

Don't bank here but brought my mom to cash a check and the teller had a horrible attitude. She needs a customer service course. They dont even have a name tag so I can't even give her a shoutout.

This bank CITI BANK IS THE WORST BANK EVER! I switched because I thought they were going to be a great bank and boy from day one I was just having MIGRANE AFTER MIGRANE ! They have great customer service in my opinion , I will be honest but they have to I'm guessing to try to sway you away from the ridiculous rules they have in place ! I dread having to make a bank call, sometimes I don't want to spend money because I'm like what new curve ball are they going to throw at me this time .... bottom line one representative told me my funds would be AVAILABLE ON A WEDNESDAY and the OTHER REPRESENTATIVE I called said, my funds would be AVAILABLE IN A WEEK....... IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT JOING PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT!!!!!

Wanted to talk to a banker and not only did I wait for half an hour but some old white man decided to cut me and than when someone asked me a question they made me wait for 15 more minutes. This bank just sucks.

What a wast of time! Writing a long and bad review will just waste more of my valuable time. I thought B of A was the worst bank. New low Citibank, what a joke!!!
