It was the worst bank I ever been to. The people there were rude, very racist indeed. All they care is about their money. I wish I could give them 0 starts because this bank is horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Did a balance transfer and was misled about interest payments. Rep I spoke to was rude argumentative and unhelpful was going to open a money market account with this bank but I've change my mind.

Deleted all the comments when you know you’re in the wrong in the situation. You either take further action or social media will take the further actionsMany people have complained about you profiling them and it’s unacceptable that in 2022 your management aren’t doing anything to stop it.People should be calling the police on you not the other way round. I have no idea why people haven’t taken you to court yet but will happen soon enough if you don’t do anything to stop the actions of your employees.Don’t you dare delete my comment because I will come and check if you deleted it and if you did I will write it again. Dropped my credit amount by 500 percent without any notice. Won't be using my citi cards until they raise my credit limit to the original amount. Customer service was useless and condescending and they did not provide any solutions.

Writing a review on behalf of BabyStorme. We will not stand for racism. Get this place shut down immediately and the employee needs to be held accountable right to their pockets, since they like to play with peoples RIGHTFULLY earned money. Racists.

This is the worst banking institution I have ever dealt with. I will not ever be a customer of Citibank. Their customer service reps can not speak English. They lie to you and do things behind your back that are shocking to say the least. Run, do not walk away from this financial institution. Save yourself a lot of heartache and frustration. Find any other bank. ANY OTHER BANK is better than Citibank.

I was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. They did surgery a week ago Tuesday and found massive spread. They closed me back up and gave me 4 to 5 months to live. I've never missed a payment in my life. I called all creditors and made arrangements to get my affairs situated and all balances paid. Hopefully with some consideration for hardship. Every company ACCEPT Citibank offered some help. Citibank, without notice closed my account. What an immoral, dirty, sinful company Citibank is. They literally closed my account because I'm dying of cancer!!!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOCATION. DO NOT BANK WITH CITIBANK. The staff here are RUDE & RACIST. I walked in and their INSTANT faces of dissatisfaction made it clear that they did NOT want to service me at all. I wanted to open an account and ask questions. I was immediately told to apply online and the answer to my questions can be found under the FAQs. I'm going to bank somewhere else where the staff actually tries to be helpful.

The Citibank branch on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood has the worst customer service in the history of banks. And I love that somebody from that bank thanked one of the reviews where someone said that this branch has a nice parking lot. Yet the person who responded from Citibank has not responded to the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. That shows where the priorities are to thank somebody for writing a review praising their parking lot and ignoring all the reviews about the horrible customer service and poor management of this branch.

Walked in today thinking I’d be welcomed as normal but no one said a word. Then I walked up to the counter to witness the teller playing angry birds on his phone! Who the heck still plays angry birds? Then he said hold on a teller will be right with you and put his closed sign up and continued playing angry birds. I’m not joking 20 minutes of waiting another person comes out says “what” not hey how are you not how can I help just “what”. So I said hey I’m on vacation and want to withdraw $1000 cash they said they need identification so I gave them my drivers ID and had pictures of all other documents possible could be needed. They said they need a minimum of 2 verifications (which isn’t true I’ve withdrawn a $1k before) which I then gave them my Id and pictures of anything else and they said it must be a physical document. Great thanks guys …
