Met with one of the banking, staff members, José. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I'm generally not impressed with Banks or their performance but I will say José Espinoza did a great job!

RACISM if you are not Korean forget about this location,I am a CITY GOLD CARD member with Cd’s and checking accounts ,Jennifer lee attend me I have some questions about investment,also want to make a deposit of 10,000 she told me to wait on line that is ok with me but when I see a Korean guy who asked her where to send 3,000 to Korea she made him skip the line and be treated like royalty straight to the window so I told her hey we are waiting why he has to go ahead of us? She just smiles and she don’t care also she supposed made order a new card for me when that never came I call and that the order never was made :( and if you want a make a appointment with your health advisor here they never have spots available to attend you but don’t worry if you are KOREAN just walk-in and you’ll be very welcome with out appointment, I saw it with my own eyes

Horrible service!! I felt unwelcome right when I opened the door! Everyone had a stench on they face and there was a stench in the air cause LORD it stank. It smelled like old cabbage and window cleaner. The whole place was just unclean, the pen I used to sign something had bite marks on the top and was wet!! On one desk/stand a red/brown substance was smeared all over, I wondered what it was and I found out when I was leaving. In the corner of my eye I saw a worker KILL a roach ,and then throw it under the mat without cleaning the desk!! Don't go here unless you wanna catch a disease, I washed my hands right when I came back home.

Today I visited this Citi back Wilshire branch to close my account. Selena Lainez helped me through this process, and she cared for me a lot. She explained the process and provided me with many good card benefit options. She is the kindest worker I have ever met before. I appreciate Selena Lainez, and I hope her future will be bright in the bank industry.

Nobody seems to be able to helpI avoided coming to this Branch due to discriminatory attitudes in the pastOne time I was asked for a second ID when trying to cash a check to my name, being a Citibank customer wasn't enoughSecond time when trying to open a business account I was treated very poorlyThird time..they seem lostThe only friendly person I encountered was a Latina banker, she even gave me a bottle of water which was really appreciated. Tried to open an account here with Jin Lee. She doesn't return any phone calls or emails. Clearly this bank is not interested in new business.

This is the worst experience I had in my life on a bank. I was discussing with Ms. Jin Lee about opening a company account . She was rude , not helpful. I asked for the manager, Arlene Aguayo, and she is on anual leave. Don’t stop near by this branch. Try to find another one
