Worst customer service I’ve ever had. From tellers to bankers to manager lazy rude

I was here the other day and I seen one of the bank tellers being really nasty with a customer. Literally a little elder lady. I got to hear another worker saying that the bank tellers name was Jasmine. For being a small branch your workers should be more respectful because I always see a lot of familiar faces so that tells you a lot of these customers have been here for a long time.

It says one star because I can't give 0. I had a terrible expiration at this bank with the teller Jazmín. Every time I go I say good morning or afternoon and maybe I would have known that I was going to have problems with Jazmín because she was the only one who never responded to me when I greeted her. Today I arrived at the bank and realized that I forgot my ID and bank card in my other bag. I just wanted to deposit money into my 30 year old account and make a payment on my Citi Bank credit card. Jazmín told me that I could not deposit or make payment because I did not have my ID. And when I asked if I could show him my ID, even though it was expired, it had my photo and it also had my social security and another form of ID. I never imagined that she would respond so rudely to the point that she told me to go to another bank (maybe she is the owner of the bank). I had to ask another cashier for Jazmín's name because I didn't know it at the time and I was going to leave a complaint with the manager who is on vacation until Monday. The teller Jazmín heard my conversation and the complaint I was going to make because it was not professional when she suddenly told me "and your bitter daughter go to another bank." As you can see, I couldn't deposit money or make a payment on my Citi Bank credit card and to make fun of it, they kicked me out of that bank. I plan to close my account and take my money to another bank that knows how to train their employees but more than that, they have a great deal of respect for clients because without clients there is no bank business. Who else has had similar experience in this bank?

I was referred to this location by a previous employer due to a sudden move. Out of all the Citi banks I've been to from multiple different states, this is the first where ALL the staff is respectful, understanding, caring & thoughtful. I went in skeptical & left reassured that all my banking needs will be met, I honestly think my banking needs will be EXCEEDED! Thank you to everyone at this Citi Bank! See you again soon!

Horrible customer service. Came in regarding an account that was closed on March 21st. Was told to call multiple times with no resolution to the issue. Came back for the third time today and spoke with Brenda regarding the manner as she had attempted to assist me on previous visits. At first everything was going smooth and suddenly an appointment arrives and she becomes aggressive and rude giving a snappy response to a question I had asked her. I get it is a business and she had an appointment but the way she acted to get me to leave was just unprofessional. Called Citi customer service and they were able to give me a better clarification as to what was going on. Extremely disappointed with the way this brand is run.

What are the bank tellers took my check, wouldn’t cash it and then when I took a video of the Internet she tried to block me to the bank and called the police on me. That check was from my dad pay my rent, if this is the kind of behavior that Citibank is allowing their employees to have against Black people then I don’t think I’ll be having any business that anymore

i just called Citibank and someone answered from another country after hour and a half having uneasy time understanding she got upset at me as a customer then oi asked her to give me the manager and waited for a while NO answer * and so i wasted all this time for nothing . Can you please bring back the jobs to US so we can understand ! thank you .

what bank doesn't take CASH PAYMENT FOR A CREDIT CARD!!! I wasted my lunch hour going there. . The cashiers were taking their time as well. I will never go back there again.

This is an excellent branch of this huge bank. Manny is the best personal banker I've ever run into. The tellers are excellent and service has always been super fast. This bank is especially good if you do lots of international banking, as their wire services to other countries are second to none, and you can do them from home on a PC. Also excellent for travelers. I read some bad reviews here and tend to think that most problems stem from the state of banking in general, mainly poor service from call centers. I haven't tested that yet, simply because I've had no issues, no rejections of my card in foreign countries, etc. My former bank, a well known credit union, was terrible for service in far-away countries. Citibank is the best for travelling folks with lots of foreign transactions.

I'm not sure how customer service is here because I didn't go inside, but what I do know is their parking is small and doesn't make much sense. I had a deposit to make so I usually just go the ATM, this is my first time going to this location so apparently they have just one way to enter and one way to exit. I almost entered the wrong way but saw some cones and a security guard which was on his cell phone waved me down telling me not to enter so I had to make a u-turn to go back to the signal light to find the correct entrance. When I parked I saw a man parking parallel to the atm which I didn't know U could do that. I thought maybe it's just for handicap parking but he didn't have no handicap sign or anything visible for me to say it's for handicap only. Point is if cars can park where the exit should be, why not remove the cones that are there :/ it gets in the way of exiting. Smh

I came to this location because my branch is closed on Saturdays to exchange money. Mind you, I live downtown so I had to come all the way down here and They couldn't help me because according to the teller and manager their system is "down on the weekend". What a shitty as bank, wasted my time like I don't have anything to do on a Saturday. Do yourself a favor and even waste your time coming to this branch.
